Don’t even come here. They have nothing like a jail. Don’t even ask for things in the glass, they will make you wait 20 min for someone to FEEL like coming.

horrible service! I went to buy over-the-counter cold medicines and the cashier asked me for an ID. Until then I had no problem. I showed him my ID and he told me that it didn't work, that it had to be a NYC ID or USA citizen ID. The security person also told me: ' here is the USA, not Mexico, 'that is disrespectful, racist and discrimination.

The Rite Aid Pharmacist that is located at Pitkin Avenue is horrible. They are rude and they don’t like to answer the phone.

I went to get my daughter Tylenol and I waited 10 minutes at the register because the cashier was showing something to each other on their phone. I asked where for prescriptions valves and the worker looked at me like i was stupid coz the store was empty

Horrible service by the pharmacist. Never has the medication even after several calls several days pass and get told the come in once I’m here then I get told out of stock or the shipment of medication didn’t come in. She is just so unorganized. She allows associates to handle controlled substances that need to be diluted by her the pharmacist literally had my autistic son medication given to me undiluted had to come back and wait for her to decide to get off her cell phone so then she could fix it just horrible.

The most incompetent pharmacy staff I've ever seen. I get this is not the best neighborhood but why does everyone there lack common sense and customer service skills. You literally have to call them once your prescription is sent so that they will fill it. If you don't call, you could wait days for your medicine. Completely ridiculous! Then they get attitude when you point this out.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes.Or be prepared to receive notification that meds are ready for pickup and go to pick them up and they’re not ready ? ridiculous .

Very very ghetto the wait is almost 20 minutes to hear your prescription is not ready after receiving multiple calls stating that it’s ready. The staff is disrespectfully rude and unprofessional even the pharmacist.

Person at the pharmacy desk was kind but that’s about the only good thing. I had to go back and forth between the doctor and the office when they had all the information already. It is loud, slow, and If you want to feel time slow down this is the place.

Love rite aid but unfortunately this location never has anything, i can’t believe how empty it was throughout the aisles. They are always out of stock for everything.
