I went to this store, to buy some stuff. I asked them if could use the bathroom, one of them told me that was out of service but then I saw a worker walk in there, no nice I don’t recommend this store

The poor employees here are SO overworked and understaffed. This is an issue across the board with pharmacies and its inconvenient and downright dangerous for customers and patients in need of their medications.
I can tell the pharmacists are doing what they can but 3 people working during the after work rush hour is not enough. Long lines, meds out of stock, and disorganized shelves. Walgreens corporation needs to do better.

The people here are all really nice but the store is never open at 7am (what the sign says their hours are) and you’re lucky if they’re even open by 8am. This makes it impossible to shop there before work and I’ve not only walked away with money in my pocket because of this but I’ve seen other customers do the same.

So many bad reviews, guess I’ve been lucky I’ve never had any issues at this location, even when picking up prescription medication. Maybe there’s some times to avoid, but most times I’ve been there I’ve only had to wait 5-10 minutes and the staff has been friendly and courteous. Only a time or two I went in and the prescription was not ready even though the app showed it was ready, but that’s been the only issue I’ve had. Sometimes the front check out line can get crazy but it seems like they’re just a little understaffed.

Unfortunately I’ve had multiple bad encounters with an employee named Jenni related to her rude mannerism while asking for help. I had needed something from a locked area. She was three feet away from me so I didn’t want to ring the sound for help when she was three feet away instead of having someone else walk all the way to the aisle. I acknowledged she was doing a few things so I kindly said “hi when you get the chance, can you please help open this for me? She literally says NO words, slightly turns to acknowledge me, short eye contact, rings the bell to call for help and just carries on. Not a word nothing. Like umm yeah I could have pressed the button??? Why do you have to look at me like that, say zero words and just press the button? Rude rude rude.

I never leave reviews but working with this pharmacy has been a hellish experience. Every month it’s a struggle to get my medication. They’ll tell you they never received your prescription even tho it was sent 2 weeks ago. Truly wish I read the other reviews about this place but save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

plan your entire day around a trip here because you’ll be waiting forever in line for checkout or pharmacy. they never have enough people working here.

This store is a disaster, barely functional, and the pharmacists are incompetent. One pharmacist was clearly sick, not wearing a mask, and coughing all over everything she touched. Go literally anywhere else.

The store hours listed as well as the automated message don’t reflect the true hours. I went here at 7:30AM to urgently buy OTC meds and their doors wouldn’t open. Tried calling a rep to confirm if they were truly open but no one picked up.

The Walgreens staff is nice , but the store is a mess , need a bad makeover asap, and security should make sure no one is stealing , since they are armed ....I believe this store will eventually close as. It was reported many Walgreens will be closing....

I heard rats scurrying in the ceiling there today (xmas day). Then i saw a giant rat run across the floor. Another patron confronted an employee of the store about the rat. She shrugged and said “be careful”. Gross!!!
