I don’t think I’ve seen this store stocked in the past 4 years. It’s filled with empty aisles don’t bother going they won’t have anything you need

Shelves are always empty, cosmetics are all locked behind a gate so you can’t browse them. All vitamins and other meds all locked up too. How does this location even make money???

Rite-Aid would be doing the neighborhood a favor by closing this location and letting a proper business, one that cares about the neighborhood and the service they provide, move in.
Every time I walk in to this location I ask myself why do I even bother. It's always filthy (think homeless shelter) and the shelves are half stocked at best... this is not an exaggeration, the shelves are literally empty!
I've gone here to get my annual vaccinations and the pharmacy staff seems as if they couldn't hate their jobs or lives more. They are the least friendly and lest helpful staff I have ever encountered at a pharmacy. The woman, who I assume is the licensed pharmacist, is completely devoid of personality. No matter how hard I try to engage in friendly banter she is 100% deadpan and sucks all the joy out of life.
Regardless as to how many times I've been there for a vaccination, they can never seem to find me in their system and argue with me that I have never been there... despite my being able to show them an email from the previous year showing my confirmation.
My wife and I have made a promise to one another that we will never step foot inside this place again... I suggest you save your time and do the same.

This drugstore is located in a busy area, right next to the subway, yet it is the worst. To begin with, the shelves are always half empty and I perpetually wonder if they are going out of business...although this has been the case for years. The self checkout and cashier checkout share the same line inevitably resulting in lines that snake around the freezer aisle, not least because of under-staffing. The prescription counter is a nightmare....they have terrible records, often unable to locate us in the system although my husband and I have gone there repeatedly, and seem to have a lot of confusion over just how insurance works. They say they'll call with a prescription, and then they don't...and while in the store they are not only inept but rude. We made the mistake of going there for our vaccinations again this year, same problem with finding our records, same confusion over insurance, the waiting area was filthy, and the same woman administering them who is 100% devoid of personality. She is totally unfriendly, seemingly annoyed and disgruntled at having to give the shots, to the point of being rude. We will not make the mistake of going there again.

Rude staff who can’t be bothered and don’t follow their own business hours, especially pharmacy workers. They will take an extra long lunch break 15 minutes past posted time when they supposed to reopen just to agonize 20+ people cramped in the back by pharmacy counter, many of them elderly folks with limited mobility and not enough chairs to sit. Shame on you!

In my 37 years of life I have never been accused of stealing. But today in this location I was racially profiled and accused of stealing. By a so called security guard who happens to be black in this location. And then I was told it could be a language barrier. Funny because while he accused me of stealing i understood everything he said. There is really not much more to say. But I will say if u are a person of color BE AWARE!!!!
(Don’t be the next Victim ) like I was. They hey lost business from this Coustomer. Rite Aid SHAME IN YOU!!! I will be taking my business somewhere Else. I have been a rite aid shopper since opening in my location. And I’ve never been accused of such a thing. And it was embarrassing.

Not only does this store generally smell bad, but the shelves are half empty. It looks as if nothing has been delivered in weeks.

Gerard is an EXCELLENT pharmacist. Helpful, prompt, knowledgeable, and always willing to do what he can for you.
The rest of the pharmacy staff, though...well, I was always told that if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything, so I'll just say that they are extremely good at collecting their paychecks.

Quite literally the most annoying rite aid and rude staff @ the pharmacy. Never have anything in stock and NEVER answer the phone “because they’re so busy”
Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. CVS down the street is way better. Please don’t waste your time in people who don’t even care to help or offer solutions if your medication isn’t in stock :/

Typical messy, unpleasant chain drug store. The pharmacy and other staff are nice and helpful. I only go there because they have my prescriptions. I don’t understand why these stores can’t be less unpleasant.

One star is still a little too generous. The pharmacy is definitely the absolute worst when it comes to basic communication about prescriptions, timing and expectations. I am very surprised Rite-Aid as an organization hasn't done anything to improve the quality here.
