This place seems like it’s been going to close for the last year. The shelves are half empty. It’s such a shame. The neighborhood deserves a better pharmacy

this used to be a normal store but now the shelves are 50% empty and 50% locked up in cases. staff is too overworked to be attentive and unlock everything for everyone. no point in going here at all. everyone who works here is nice but their stock is abysmal.

Please don’t close as this neighborhood needs a general store and pharmacy for people (especially seniors) in this area. Nothing is being restocked. Definitely don’t need another condo or nail salon.

Everything is locked up. I pressed one of the buttons several times but no one came by, and I couldn’t find anyone working in the store. What a disaster Rite Aid has become.

Nothing is ever in stock and whatever they do have is locked up. I've lived here 18 years and it used to be a decent store. But since covid, it's just gotten worse and worse. I hate this store. The self checkouts often do not work and are way too loud when they do. Save yourself the trouble and shop online (from another retailer).

This place is just bleak. Everything's locked up, the prices are inaccurate or unlabeled half the time, the help is miserable, and the place is absolutely filthy - including the pharmacy. Nothing like getting a flu shot next to a mousetrap and a dustbunny. I mean, they're not even trying. Just close the place already - put it out of its misery. It's truly awful.
