Rite aid is the best store in greenpoint. The employees are so nice and caring.

This place is just bleak. Everything's locked up, the prices are inaccurate or unlabeled half the time, the help is miserable, and the place is absolutely filthy - including the pharmacy. Nothing like getting a flu shot next to a mousetrap and a dustbunny. I mean, they're not even trying. Just close the place already - put it out of its misery. It's truly awful.

I am here to sing the praises of Zuly and the pharmacists who were able to help me when it seemed like no one else would. Because of a Good RX coupon, I was interested in switching pharmacies since the cost at Rite Aid was much cheaper. To do so, CVS needed to send the script to Rite Aid but somehow lost the script, or were simply unable to be any help. In fact, they basically shrugged their shoulders, yelled at me, and hung up the phone. It was a horrible and stressful day. When I called Rite Aid to see if there was a solution, Zuly was not only helpful, but caring. I was crying and overwhelmed and I'll remember her compassion for a long time. She was able to contact CVS during her break and sort out the problem - she was one of the only people who helped me that day. When I was finally able to go puck up the script, she remembered me and I was able to thank her in person.

Great pharmacy to go to all your questions and needs. They are efficient and put in the time to care.

Friendly staff fast and knowledgeable technicians are kind and take there time with every customer new or old. Came in few minutes before break because another chain pharmacy was being difficult and she still took me knowing I will have to return after 2 but was still willing to take my prescription, that’s kindness and customer service ha i you rite aid for hiring great people makes me think twice about chain pharmacies. Will be my go to for now on!

I never leave reviews and I am taking time to give this a zero review, so, if you want my advice, go to any other pharmacy. Even if you live next door, treat yourself to an uber and go anywhere else.I left this Rite Aid crying and without my prescriptions, which I think was their goal. If that's your goal, then go ahead and use this Rite Aid.

This Rite Aid does not deserve any stars. I went to pick up a prescription and the person behind the counter was not nice at all. I also placed an pick up in store order here and was never notified the order was ready. When I asked someone about the order they told me to call a number. Why would I call if I was at the store. No one wants to do anything at this store and I will make sure never to return.

The absolute worst pharmacy. They purposely avoid taking phone calls. Do not understand basic instructions. Continue to auto fill my prescriptions when I have specifically asked them to STOP and that I am at a new pharmacy - preventing me from picking up at new location. I asked for a rx transfer via the transfer form- they filled it instead. Do better.

I was just in the Rite aid on Manhattan avenue Greenpoint Brooklyn.Long Lines & bad service. Not one self checkout machine that takes cash. The girl behind the counter in the pharmacy was even worse she had a terrible disgusting attitude. Its seems like it killed her to wait on me . she made me stand there a paying customer and wait till she fiddled around with stupid stuff !!!! Get experience decent people to work in that rite aid or you should close it !!!!!!

Associate Christine (I think was her name) was very helpful and took time to help me find a medicine that I wasn’t able to find. She even helped look online to see if we got the right one too!

I like RA stores. I think they went down last couple years but seems like getting better again. Lets hope so.

It’s an alright store/pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is kind enough and usually very helpful, albeit slow sometimes when patients have a million questions which is their right. But if the tech/pharmacist sees that a patient is taking too long, the other individual should assist to keep the line down. Store wise-Went today to get some Mucinex and the shelves were literally empty (and they were under lock and key which is the new norm). Went to their competitor, that starts with the letter W half a block away, and they had full shelves of many different Mucinex. Similar thing happened when I needed Sudafed. I understand when there is a shortage but if one store has the stock and the other doesn’t.. that’s not a good look. It’s a shame because this used to be a great Rite Aid. I will say that their staff is super nice and helpful.

Everything was actually 30% more expensive than the price listed. When I brought this up to the cashier, they just said on labels were accurate. How can a big chain like rite aid put wrong prices on everything?

Pharmacy service is poor. Lines are often long, no one answers the phone, and when you get to the counter, they'll tell you to come back in an hour. Go to your local independent pharmacy instead.
