Idk why they close from 1:30-2pm. Just hiring more people they are closing stores keep some staff you ain’t paying leasing…. I had prescriptions called in 3 hours prior to pick up and was told they weren’t ready

Tried calling the pharmacy.. the phone I was put on hold automatically and then just rang out for over 20 minutes. Where’s the store manager? Completely Unacceptable. Im considering changing my pharmacy.

Customer service is so bad , so disrespectful to many customers. Me and my aunt went in because we wanted something to drink and a worker proceeds to follow us around and then 2 workers came up to us and were implying we were stealing. Never coming back here ever again so disrespectful.

So unprofessional. Closed earlier than scheduled time and I was not able to get a medication that is essential for me. As far as I can tell the pharmacy does not pick up the phone, ever. Staff were dismissive and reluctant to give any assistance.

This store doesn’t have many items as the other rite aids in bay ridge . The associates are pleasant and helpful if needed.
