Nasty nasty service at the pharmacy department!! This one particular pharmacist and her assistant both with accents are rude and miserable and like to talk under their breath in their language. Disgusting and unacceptable!!

This place serves the community fine, based on my experiences. I go here primarily to pick up my prescriptions and for any vaccines I need. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The selection in the store isn't as large as the Walgreen's nearby. But this place does have Amazon lockers, which are great if you live in a crowded building and have had packages stolen (grrr...). Prices are slightly better here than at W as well.

No surprise they have such a low score. Pharmacist is extremely rude. A nice customer service class would do them well...nowhere to go but up when you start at a zero.

Terrible experience. I went into the bay ridge rite aid to purchase a gift card using my credit card. I was told by the cashier that they only accept cash for gift cards. "STORE POLICY" (sign said otherwise. See picture below) When I brought it to his attention, he was dismissive and rude. Another customer headed to CVS.

went there tonight Oct 20 at 10:50pm to pick up an amazon package from locker and they were closed 10 mins before the time that was posted on the entry door. worker inside saw me outside and she ignored me and didn't open the door
