Most of these complaints are not the fault of any worker here(including me). Sorry lol!!Edit: not sorry 4/10 of the customers that enter this godforsaken store are actual literal demons from hell. That’s 4 too many! Quit yelling at minimum wage workers like it’s your moral duty to make us miserable. The worse you treat us the less we want to help.

Had a horrible tooth ache last night. It was 10:30 when I walked up to rite aide. They close 11pm. But when I walked in I was told they were closed. I explained I was in pain but they refused my business. This place is trash. Just leave the neighborhood already.

Horrible experience. I needed assistance to get access to toothpaste. I press the button for assistance, but nothing happens. No one comes. Fine. I go to the front by cashier and ask Vincent for assistance. Nice guy. Thank u, Vincent. He notifies Mohammed that i need assistance on Aisle 14. Another 5 to 10 min pass. Like, really. The store was empty at 8:30 am. Mohammed, if u dont want to work, please quit. I just walked out. I'll get it on Amazon. ?♂️

Pharmacy department always understaffed and rude pharmacists. I have filed a complaint and no one calls back. The store is very hot. My advice go in and out and just do not say anything. Poor management because no one cares.

I'm sorry that the store has so much theft they have to lock up their items. However, I do find it ridiculous that they don't have enough people on the floor to help assist customers.I didn't feel well and I had to go on a pick up 1 item, it took an employee 15 minutes to come and assist me to get that item. The store wasn't busy and there is no reason why it should of taken that long.I went to self checkout but apparently my item for a cold and flu needs an ID to be shown for proof of age.The assist light went off on the self checkout register , the cashier working the front totally ignored me so I had to jump in line.. A trip that should of taken 5 minutes took me close to 1/2hr. Absolutely Ridiculous.

JUST WALKED IN & spent my last $60 on a green dot bank card so I could pay a bill. SHANTAU immediately told me there are no refunds. I should’ve taken that as a red flag but I’ve been going here for years and never really had a bad experience. I leave and try to activate the card and it’s saying invalid. I go back and EDWIN the manager basically said, yeah there’s nothing we can do, be adamant and you’ll get your money back through them. MEANWHILE you can’t speak with a green dot rep unless you have a card number to activate. I feel this store STOLE my money and they could care less. I’m not the one to leave reviews, and follow that up with going to corporate about this. But if YOU KNOW your merchandise is faulty. DO NOT SELL IT

The Store, itself: Understocked, locked up and overpriced.The Pharmacy: There are two regular, rotating pharmacist's: A lady with an Accent & an Attitude (I'll refer to her as "A&A" to shorten up this review) and "Michael".Michael is there over the weekend, usually. He's great. He can answer phonecall questions, reinvoice 'scripts, wave at frequent customers and finish up filling a bottle full of 'XYZ' Rx all while doing a solo-dance of the merengue. Seriously: If you HAVE to use Rite Aid, save your questions for Michael.A&A can at best, answer the phone and type.I have called the Chain's Manager for Pharmacology twice in two years, on how poorly handled I or my medications were handled at the pharmacy either directly by A&A or under A&A's leadership.Today? Last straw.I paid for two medications ahead of time. I stopped in to pick them up. There were seven medications dumped in front of me.Never did I ask them to fill these.Never did I pay for ALL of these.I prefaced my request (once I got to their window) by explaining that I wanted just the ones I paid for, and that's it.They were clueless as to which two those were, and have no system to look that up. I was clueless as well, because frankly, I was frazzled with rage.The last time they pulled this on me, A&A didn't allow me to take any of my medications home with me. I had paid over $90 to Rite Aid, had showed them proof of this, yet, they made me wait-out their computer's time-lapse to receive my automatic refund, and make me come back in to repay for my medicine all over again.End result: I yelled at the front desk lady and I'm switching everything elsewhere.Rite Aid's Pharmacy is Garbage - Michael is their Savior. If you can transfer your 'scripts elsewhere, do it.

Be hesitant on dealing with this pharmacy.There's sounds eastern European person who's extremely rude. She decided to rudely hang up on me.In fact everyone that I have dealt with are terrible.Stay away or report them.

It’s always hot in here. Terrible customer service. The workers never want to open the locked merchandise, numerous times I’ve had to wait over 10 minutes just to get what I need. Worst rite aid in the neighborhood.

Neighborhood pharmacy and convenience store. Being that I lived in this area for a long time this has always been a stop to grab any last minute item. While the service was on the average side, I always took into account that they were shorthand with finding help.However this recent interaction with the store clerk, Shantu, was outrageous as he was the definition of casual racism when he asked me and my group "are you from Hong Kong" and when politely replying no, I've lived here all my life, he then replied " nooo.. like where are you really from, like your parents". Even after this entire interaction he was sarcastic and completely rude.This experience was completely uncomfortable and while I understand hiring is hard right now, it still is a service and customer oriented industry.

My wife and I went in yesterday and I was really hoping to give this rite aid a much better review this time unfortunately just the opposite . . The staff at the register and at the pharmacy could not be any more unhelpful or lazy if they tried . If you can't find what you need they are absolutely non helpful they send you the customer to fend for yourself down an aisle which the customers already came from . A customers request for assistance is what it is a request for customer service . F- grade They have a "Self check out system " which is great , But that is if you can actually find what you need . We walked over to Walgreens .Customers do not want to have to call special contact numbers in order to receive good service for customers. I speak many languages and I still can't receive assistance here . I wish you the best of luck sincerely.

Every time I go here there is always 1 cashier that can’t even operate a register. Management needs to hire more ppl that aren’t over 65 and has slow motor ability.
