I rushed over to this rite aid to purchase something I urgently needed and this is the only place I could get it from. I made it there at 11:52pm. An employee was letting a customer out as I got there and said they're closed to which I asked "don't you guys close in 8 minutes"? He rudely said no that they're cleaning, that I would slip.. If you guys aren't going to keep your doors open until 12:00am then do not advertise that!

My doctor put in an order for VIMPAT 200 mg prescribed February 1, 2024 using NYU Langone. I went to pick up my medication on Feb 26, 2024 and they told me my doctor never put in the order. 6900 4th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209, Ovington Ave & Bay Ridge Ave, Bay Ridge. They lied that my doctor never put in the order. I could fall into a coma without these medications.

Me and my partner entered and we were walking around. And this worker kept making comment on us and kept bugging us with "if we aren't going to buy anything to leave". she was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. It was an unpleasant experience. She kept like an Eye on us making us feel like we were some type of stealers.

It was great help that night 01/03/2024 , I was able to get my medications after the pharmacist successfully registered my new ID fedelis card .Thanks to to the pharmacist for her great job and her decent mannered approach and to the whole team.

Honestly, one star is a bit too much for this particular Rite Aid location. I stopped into this location to buy a few items and was completely disgusted by how the cashier was speaking to a customer that was asking for help. He was nasty and rude and when I saw his manager, I mentioned it .although this wasn’t me that it happened to I just could not believe That this is how this kid was speaking to a customer. When I expressed to the manager how unacceptable that behavior was, he shrugged his shoulders. I most certainly will not be frequenting that Rite Aid ever again.

store on Bay Ridge and Fourth ask this 65 year old for ID to purchase small bottle of cough medicine not asked by competitors they have lost my business at any location

Today May 30, 2023 around 5:30pm I think. I went to get my medication at the pharmacy and it was $1.35. I had $5 and the woman in a pink scrub behind the counter wanted my gold dollar coin that I had from the train station. I wanted to give her my $5. I didn't like that I felt robbed when I gave it to her. She wanted my change when I gave it to her she asked why I gave it if it was gold. I felt like she was rubbing it in that she took it from me.

The manager Mohammed is very unprofessional. I applied for a job opportunity and he didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know the job opportunity has been filled. He doesn't care because he already has a job. Treat people better Mohammed some of us really need the job and for you to be nonchalant about it speaks loudly about your character and personality Im glad it played out this way you would make a horrible manager who I definitely wouldn't want to work for!!!

They lock everything up behind glass and make you push a button for service, but they ignore the button and make you go up to the register to ask for help.

Low stocked on health products, Men and women hygiene. Pharmacy is disorganized.Entire store, much like other locations are extremely understaffed.
