Sometimes the store does not have enough cashier to help and does create a longer wait time. Pretty clean store.

Bad cashier customer service! I went in 12:45pm today to buy a gift card and 2 pepermints ice breakers with buy one get 2nd 50% off. She did not mention enter phone # to get discount. Then she charged the full price without offer discount as advertised or willing to fix the issue. Talked to customers like a boss or master with extremely rude attitude. I have been going there for 4 years. This will be mine last time. She doesn't seem like she wants to work. it seems like she wants cast out all the people out, then she can relax during shift.

I have been coming to this Walgreens branch since they were across the street at 1511 86th...the staff has changed; but 99.9% are friendly and outgoing and the pharmacy staffers are awesome!
There are hiccups with some prescriptions; but that's because certain prescription benefit carriers decline certain meds because they changed the formulary they decide to cover...a quick phone call to the carrier and voila...that medication is approved and 15 minutes later; my shopping is done and my medication and I are out the door...

Pharmacy wouldn’t let a child with Crohn desease use a bathroom. Pharmacy!!! While we were waiting for prescription my child needed to use the bathroom and I asked every employee and all of them directed me to manager who bluntly refused to open the bathroom. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the United States, this is illegal. I will make sure everyone in the neighborhood knows what happened and I’m updating all my pharmacy preferences to another spot.

Called in because i had some questions about the covid vaccine, a female worker picked up and told me in a passive aggressive manner to search it up and that i “should’ve already known this”. If they were this rude over call then i don’t even wanna imagine what they’re like in person.

I went to take some photos, they did not want to assist me because I spoke Spanish, I asked for the supervisor, he was precisely the one who did not want or let his staff assist me, his name was Shakel, I was speaking to him through the translator, he treated me very badly and He took me out of the store, he stopped me, it was very unfair, it was racist and discriminatory for not knowing how to speak English.
