I recently had a very unpleasant experience at the pharmacy with an Asian male pharmacist. His attitude was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. When I asked questions, he responded in a cold and impatient manner, making the whole process uncomfortable. As a patient, I expect courteous and professional service from pharmacy staff, but this was far from it. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all customers are treated with respect and kindness in the future.

I was a regular customer in the pharmacy buying my prescription paying in cash but last week I was surprised because suddenly my medication costs went from $12. To new price to $120. I called but the pharmacy clerk told me was the actual price. I don’t recommend.

Being followed around the store after not even being greeted is never a pleasant experience. The person in front of me was offered a hearty “welcome!” Whereas I was offered following into the cough and cold aisle, without being asked if I needed help. Then followed again to the beverages section.

I am a senior citizen and purchased DayQuil, NyQuil and Benadryl this evening on 11/25/2024 at Rite Aid, 6423 Fort Hamilton Pkwy in Brooklyn. The cashier asked me to show my ID for these 3 over-the-counter medications. I showed her ID and joked that I, a senior citizen, looked took too young to buy these medications. At the same time, I curiously ask an older gentleman of Rite Aid stood not far from me the reasons. He said it’s required by the regulations. Later at home I searched online and the answer is “you do not need to show ID to purchase NyQuil and NyQuil in New York. They are over-the-counter medications, and can be bought without identification. “ Does Rite Aid restrict customers to buy DayQuil and Nyquil?

My one star is for the employees not the store..I think it's shameful that corporate can't find a way to keep this store open..many employees have been there for years including the pharmacy.im well aware of the theft and loss for this store but there are decent people that use this store and pharmacy..the parking lot is full of huge holes and the shelves are empty.i can only imagine the morale of the employees coming to work in an empty store knowing closing is imminent because just being a customer is a crappy feeling..shame on corporate for not taking better care of the employees and keeping continued service to the community. I will not be using any large corporate pharmacies after you close because you don't value your employees or community.

This is a horrible pharmacy, I got there6:15 pm because the Google provide the phone number I call said close by 8pm , they give me horrible attitude. They stay close by 6pm , I said I was google, They tell me why are using Google, that was huge joke i had never hear before

Been going here for over 13 years but may transfer to another pharmacy that doesn't treat it's loyal customers like strangers. Store suddenly has its own policies in place.
