I have a lot of pharmacy options and really wanted to support this small business, but I'm not interested in returning. I used to like them (the young women often working is very friendly and helpful - unfortunately, I haven't seen her recently). Lately I have been disappointed. While I was questioning my co-pay the man who was helping me laughed at me and became dismissive. When I asked him why he was laughing, he tried saying he was laughing at something else - which I didn't believe. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and like I was not valued as a customer. I went home and verified that I was correct - they overcharged me. The price I believed it should have been (free) was correct. Seems like he was laughing because he got caught? They also charge for UPS drop off. This is supposed to be a free service.
