I've been a customer since 2015 or before. And lately they go up on the rent every 3 months it seems and the have a MOUSE / RAT PROBLEM all my bags that were stored there were chewed and the dropping are the evidence... im disabled and moved 2 borrows over and im doing my best to get all my stuff out before its eaten.. I thought rent increase was once a year not with this greedy company...

this was my first time renting a storage space, I did not know what I was in for and Kendra gave me absolutely amazing customer service, she explained everything to me to the tee and was very patient and kind. 10/10 experience coming to this place

The supervisor Kendra is amazing , helpful and awesome . Very understanding , polite has great customer service skills . The other workers are also great and kind & the prices are not bad .. would recommend if you are staying close by and need storage !!
