The panel inside the car was scratched, glass with scratches was installed, the silicone is sticking out. The manager speaks rudely. This is one of those reviews where it's frustrating that the lowest rating I can give is one star. Simply awful. Let's see ...Installed wrong glass? CheckBroke parts of car? CheckTaped camera to car rather than installing it? CheckMultiple trips back to get the job completed (What do you mean you forgot to calibrate it??)? CheckCondescending manager? CheckGo elsewhere. These guys just suck.

They replace the windshield on my Range Rover, windshield is good now. But some how the moisture got inside the hands up display. So, now it is not clear. They don't take responsibility, but it is happened after new glass installation. Do not recommend to use Safelite in general. I google my problem and found many people with the same issue after Safelite windshield installation.

If you care about your time and your car, don’t come here. I had a 9:30am appointment, it’s now 12:35pm and they’re just now laying the glass down. When I dropped the car off, 15 minutes before my appointment, I mentioned I’d take a walk and come back in an hour and a half or so. When I came back 2 hours later at 11:30am, I’m walking up and I see my car violently whip out of the parking lot and drive on the wrong side of the street screeching tires to pull into their garage. 45 minutes ago, the person at the desk quoted me 30-40 minutes before it’s done. It’s now 45 minutes later and he says now it’s 25 minutes til it’s done. I could have just come back 3 hours past my appointment and when I brought this up, the guy got really snappy and rude with me, saying “my apologies, next time I’ll learn exactly how long my technicians take just so I can give you exact timing for them”. Wow.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, they "fixed" the windshield and they didn't put the liner correctly, there is a huge gap behind my rear view mirror. On top of that there is a gap on my left fender that was never there before I took the car to this shop. I took the car to Kevin, the manager, and he told us that we should go to another place to get an estimate for the fender, after getting the estimate he refuses to pay for the damages that this store did to my car . I had to take my car to another shop to get my windshield fixed. This store is very unprofessional and doesn't provide quality job. This is ridiculous and I don't recommend nobody comes get your windshield done here. I am still fighting to get my car fixed and get a reimbursement. Don't come here.

The workers were not very welcoming, but it was early, so who knows, but the receptionist was very welcoming and energetic. She explained everything thoroughly, and she gave me perfect instructions on how to care for my vehicle.

Went to this place to get my windshield done. After 2.5 weeks I had a collision sensor go off, so I didn’t think nothing of it brought it to Nissan and it turns out the windshield wasn’t calibrated the correct way, Nissan charged me $400 for diagnostics. I went back and forth with safelite my insurance and they told me I voided the warranty- how was I supposed to know a collision sensor had anything to do with my windshield? Also very rude front desk girl she didn’t even let me speak kept talking over me. I tried to speak to a supervisor but they claimed they don’t give out their numbers until one afternoon I believe her name was Malia, called me- she reached out once told me to send over the paperwork from Nissan to see what they can do and 2 weeks later no response from countless emails I have sent.. overall I am pissed because I am out of $400 for an error on Safelites part.

it Was A Pleasure To Come To Your Shop Yesterday . After A Weekend Of Uncertainty. The Weather Wasn’t The Best For A Random Back Windshield To Be Totally Broken Out . I Had A 8:00-1:30 Appt Monday 9-25-2023. Wake Up The Rain Was Still Coming Down Mr.William Called Me Informing me That I Had A choices Either I Could Come To Him Or R/S .Because They Cant Services My Car In The Rain. He Ensured Me He Would Get Me Out Quick And That He Did. Well Rounded Young Man With A Respectable Team Of Co Workers. Busy ,Respectfully Attending To The Many Customs They Had Yesterday . I Was In And Out I. Less Than An Hour And 15 mins. I Thank You For Your Kindness You Made My Lemons into Lemonaide ???

I made an appointment for a 2020 Toyota to be done via insurance. When I arrived for my appointment they told me they did not have my part. I made this appointment in advance and the appointed was approved by safelite. There is no excuse why my part was not in. I will never use nor recommend safelite. I used Richmond auto glass in Staten Island and the job was done perfectly as told to me it would.

I never usually give reviews but this is the worse service I’ve ever dealt with ever. They don’t pick up calls neither do they show up the the scheduled appointments. This place should be shut down.

Made an appointment to replace driver's side front window. Cancelled appointment when I saw that they would charge $39 to dispose of the old glass.
