Can't trust this store. Someone was trying to sell me thermal paste for double the market price (Noctua NT-H2 3g is typically sold at $13; this store charged $25). It was obvious that the salesperson was trying to be underhanded with the way he was selling his product (basically hoping for naive customers). If this is how they sell cheap products they're probably swindling the bigger deals. If you're considering traveling here you might as well take the 40 minute transit to MicroCenter.

Fantastic service - I absolutely recommend.
I came in as a walk-in with a laptop stripped screw and a stripped/recessed screw issue and they helped me right away. I had despairingly expected drilling but the lead technician was very skilled in dealing with the two damaged ones' extractions.
The lead technician is very informative, I learned a lot about upgrading my laptop during the battery replacement process.
Will definitely be happy to return!
