The agents are unfriendly. They didn't even offer me a seat.

This office is so disorganized that I can’t believe they’re in the insurance business. After being a customer for 30 years with ONE CLAIM, the office sent me a letter this year that they were cancelling for no reason. THEN I get a letter saying they’re cancelling because I did not pay. I did not pay BECAUSE YOU CANCELLED MY INSURANCE. Honestly, these people are the dumbest insurance people I’ve run across. Try anyone else.

I am a picky customer. but I highly recommend this state farm agent. Sandy provides very professional service to customers and gives some good suggestions to customers for insurance selection. she is very nice and patient to answer all the questions in details customers may have. I am very satisfied with the service provided by this state farm agent!

This is a scam. She claimed I had insurance overdue for a policy I never bought. I hope State Farm gets on top of this.Obvious red flags by her office:1. They demand money - directly from you by email, not via the State Farm portal, by mail, or via a collections agency. State Farm only sends bills by mail.2. Her phone number is her personal number, not the State Farm number.3. There is no policy number or confirmation number in her emails. If she starts adding a number, search all of your email for it. Guaranteed it will not show up, thus you never had this policy.4. She cannot spell or properly format a phone number.5. The state farm logo in her email is fuzzy, incorrectly sized.6. She uses random cartoon graphics in her email not related to State Farm advertising/branding.
