Waist of time!! I came to this branch to close a CD. After waiting forever, I was finally called in to be assisted. Staff member was very nice (thus the reason for 2 stars), but he had to call the "back office" to verify the closing and that took forever and a half. After being on the phone, on hold, on the phone, on hold and on the phone again - the person told him that because I did not have my passbook, I would need to go to a branch with a notary. I left, went to another branch, had the same CD closed in under 10 minutes and walked out with my check - no notary needed.

The guys tried to help me but it took 2 hours to open an checking account. I got the parking ticket meanwhile because its an 2 hour limit outside. The staff need a lot of training and improvement. They approved my personal loan though.

This is the worst bank I have ever banked with. I went here to close my account and sat with the branch manager Donna, the account was never closed and when I tried to have this rectified she tried to make it seem like it was my fault that my account wasn’t closed and I should have known. Not once have they accepted responsibility for their actions. Rude, dismissive and disgusting customer service. People like that have no place in banking. Worst bank ever!

Under trained employee who didnt know how to handle there jobs. Naydia didnt ask me any questions didnt read the letters that I brought to her from her own bank didnt give me achance to speak all she did was made assumptions. I had to walk out before I cursed her out. She was very rude and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend going to a bank where the staff is not fully trained.Totally waste of time.

Great experience here the other day. Santander's work on respecting the customer and giving great service is clearing paying off. THe young lady made sure my problem was solved quickly and easily.

I arrived 1026am and mind you it's been open since 8am. There was a woman waiting in the couch to be serviced and when I walk up to the teller, she tells me to have a seat! I'm confused as to why no one was working but giggling behind the counter!
