Terrible deposited a check on Friday its a new account won't give me anything until the following Thursday id have went to check cashing if I'd known now my money's being hel hostage til 1030 at night Thursday any other bank I've dealt with gave me atleast 200 when opening a new account with a pay check horrible

No one knows the job. Everyone keeps telling me to call the customer service number on the back of the card. They have flat out lied to me three times. Once saying my card would keep the same number just the 3 digit number on the back would change. Like it has happened other times I've gotten my card replaced. Plus they never told me my current card would stop working. The second lie was from the branch manager saying the card would be mailed to me with in 7 to 10 days. It's been 20 days (13 business days). The thrid lie was when the Manager said if you don't receive it by Monday we will have it over nighted to you. The branch just told me they don't have the option. Seriously... I understand formats and procedures change, but that's your job. You should be constantly updated and know your occupation.

Amazing customer service. Had a few issues and went to this branch and I was extremely happy with the service I received and particularly from Ms. Dana Khater as she was very helpful and patient to resolve all my problems despite many obstacles. She was very resourceful and persistent to find a solution that would not delay the results. Many others would have just filed a case and let it go, but she persisted until she solved the issue and she also followed up afterwards to make sure the other department followed through on the resolution. I highly recommend this branch and in particular Ms. Dana Khater.

This post directly pertains to Steve the financial consultant who I believe was recently hired after Mr. Kelvern Chen left the branch. You totally ignored me well knowingly you knew I was waiting to speak to you. I would’ve appreciated it if you would’ve came out of your office and assisted me on my request but you sat there like a stiff board...and no...you were not on the phone! I will make sure that I close my accounts.
