One of the things I appreciate the most is the communication. The staff always keeps me updated about my son’s progress, the things he is improving on, and even the areas where he may need extra support. As a parent, that level of care means the world to me. I also love being able to check the app throughout the day to see pictures, meals, naps, and updates. It gives me so much comfort and reassurance while I’m away from him.

Your guidance and support helped me understand the evaluation process my son needed, and without your help, I honestly would not have known where to start. “Both my children have attended Imagine since they were babies and we've been very pleased with our experience. I've been particularly impressed with Jennifer on board as education director. My daughter has been having an absolute blast with all of the enrichment activities (soccer, music, dance, language and others). The teachers are wonderful and caring and really know the children. The level of parent communication is fantastic and there's been a real effort to create a sense of community with the events and activities. It's a great preschool!”

“Both of our children attend Cobble Hill Kindercare and we have had a wonderful experience. “My daughter started preparing for SHSAT late- in June the year of exam. All other tutoring services were saying there is no way she can pass, and were just adding up $$ extra hours here and there, we went to FasTracKids and owner was very reasonable, did the diagnostic test first and they were working with her on her weak points. Just got results - passed with score 541 high enough to be accepted to almost all but 1 (Stuy) specialized high schools. Thank you, can’t be more happier with the results!”

“I am taught here as a kid in school year and in the sports camp. They were perfect. Mrs.Alberti taught us in 2nd Grade and I excelled. When you enter through the front door(2 doors,not 4), on the right,you’ll see a Mary statue with the administrator’s office and principal’s office behind. On the left is a bad bench. If you keep going forward you’ll pass by 3-8 grade classrooms and the gym(to the stairs is the art room),but if you turn right,you’ll see2-K or 1 grade classrooms,a door to outside and a door to the cleaner’s room(there’s also another one in the boy’s bathroom next to the first cleaning room). Besides,if you want to go to the basement/lunch room/Pre-k and 1st grade classrooms(there are 2 of them: A and B. Maybe ask them?),just go downstairs near the front door. If you look around more,you’ll see the school nurse. There are problely more things in this school,but that’s all I know.”

“Both of my kids have gone to Basin Prep, and it’s truly the best daycare in the neighborhood. The staff is caring, professional, and always goes above and beyond. The environment is safe, clean, and full of learning and fun. We’ve had nothing but an excellent experience!”

“We have been a part of Kings Bay Y now for over 4 years. This is our last year as part of the education program. To say we are sad is an understatement. The teachers have been nothing short of phenomenal with the kids. They truly do care about each kid. We are sending the kids to the day camp now as well. While technically my 5 year old could go to the "big kids" camo, she will be going to the preschool camp one last time just because we aren't ready to say goodbye to the teachers and friends that have been made.My older daughter will be going into her second year in the day camp. She had a great first year and loved her counselors and the friends she made. She will be joining the same group from last year.I highly recommend attending the school as well as the day camp.”

“Bushwick United Headstart is a very good preschool. When I was enrolling my child to get into preschool, I have noticed that it was very difficult to get him into any kind of school program because of the surge of young preschool age children that needed school. This school accepted him and I was so grateful for that!! I wanted him to go to a Headstart program because my child was showing signs that he needed early intervention and I was told that head start was a good option. The teachers and the principle are wonderful people. They have an excellent Headstart program, but if your child has special needs or a learning disability of some kind, your child may not be able to stay there full days, maybe 4 hours at most and a parent would be called for pick up, so be on stand by for picking up your child. They will have your child evaluated if it is obvious that it needs to be done.
I think this preschool is great for children that are not on the spectrum or have some kind of ADHD. They will benefit greatly from what they have to offer.”

“I wanna say thank you everyone. My son Daniel studied here 1 year.Staff:Everyone is very friendly. But I wanna give special recommendation and say thank you for Ms Kortni. Daniel loves her. He speaks about Ms Kortni at home all the time and he told me a lot of times that he loves Ms Kortni. I think children love is the highest reward for teachers. Also thank you Ms Sheila for helped him to got used to new class and Ms Wendy, she is always smile and very nice.Education: Daniel went to daycare when he was almost 2 and during this year he studied all alphabet, he can count till 20, he knows all colors, shapes, kids songs, he even try to write his name, also how to share toys and many more.thanks for taught him everything.School: school is very nice with private rooftop playground. Also they haveinside very nice village playground.Food: they have a good and varied menu.I want to says thank you to everyone and I wanna say just that to be a teacher and teach children is a very hard job.”

“Our family has had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mi Casita. From the open, airy layout of the classrooms to the warm and attentive staff – theres so much thought and intention put into our child’s daily learning experience. It’s been a joy to see how our daughter has grown during her time here. She went from speaking zero Spanish to confidently being able to speak and understand several words, phrases and songs (and we are not a Spanish-speaking household!). The Montessori style Reggio-Emilia approach means that the kids are constantly creating and being encouraged to be inquisitive about the world around them. They go outside daily when weather permits, have the most loving teachers and engage in lots of fun arts and crafts. Mi Casita is not just a school, it’s a community! It’s also very conveniently located in Bed-Stuy near the G train.”

“honestly, i feel like attending this school as a 7th grader is alright. it’s good, but i just don’t wanna be there. the teachers could be overwhelming, especially the math teachers. many things could not go your way, but you might end up liking it. some of the teachers are understanding, and funny, so make the best of it. also, to the people talking about the bullying, they didn’t really lie. just avoid those who look like they’d bother you and you’ll be fine”
