“I’ve been religiously going to altru chemists for about 4 years now. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Even during shortages of medications I rely on, they have always been dedicated to helping me find a solution when no other options were available.
I will not go to any other pharmacy in NYC even

“I've been Using this pharmacy for about 12 years. In this time I move twice, And no matter how far i move, I still go back to them. They treat myself and my family with kindness and respect. They make sure you understand the medications you're given. They happily answer any of you questions, clearly. They do the best they can in order to help all around. There has been times in which my baby was sick and I was too far and they personally delivered my son's medication. That alone is why I truly respect them. Absolutely shows the difference between a community pharmacy where you’re treated like an individual (here) versus a major chain pharmacy where you’re treated like just a number. There are major pharmacies closer to me but I prefer SuperHealth. They offer delivery services too!”

“After trying six other places in Bay Ridge to have something notarized, I’m incredibly glad I stopped into Neugard. They were so friendly and notarized my document for free because I had to wait a few minutes. I will now consider moving my prescriptions there! Note: notary is only there on Fridays and Saturdays.”
“Jay has gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. I am definitely one of the more obnoxious customers… or let’s just say, i’m far from ideal. I always have last minute refill requests… come right as they’re closing… etc. That being said, Jay and Bill both still treat me with kindness and never let me know how truly annoying I actually (definitely) am.
Side note, even my dermatologist raves about Jay and his extensive knowledge of medicine, and has emphasized that I can trust him to answer any questions that may arise about potential drug interactions etc. So, thats pretty sweet.
They’re just all around awesome here and if you’re still using a big chain pharmacy you must be a glutton for punishment or something. Thank you Jay and Bill (and the rest of the staff) for all you do for the neighborhood, it means a lot to me and surely to many others as well. ?”
