Patients have seen her for over a decade, noting she is incredibly responsive via phone, email, and portal for inquiries, referrals, labs, and medications. She effectively coordinates care, recommends specialists within insurance, and offers both Zoom and in-person appointments. While past reviews mentioned issues with office staff at a previous location, current patients find the staff very accessible, patient, and helpful. The practice, now in downtown Brooklyn, is convenient, though appointments sometimes run late. The detailed attention received is considered well worth any wait.

Dr Schwartzburt was my son's doctor. We watched her grown from a Red Cross doctor to her own practice. She treats my entire family now. It's been over 20 years. She has a tremendous following and deserves all the accolades.

Dr. Schwartzburt is kind and thorough, but the waiting is intolerable. Every time I’ve been there I’ve waited at least 40 minutes past my appointment time. This is completely unacceptable and a terrible business practice. I’m not sure if I will continue because of this.
