Bought an item 2 days ago that was defective. Literally, the batteries that came in the toy, plus the additional ones included would not work in it. Brought in the original receipt, packaging, and product to show that I had literally just opened it and it was defective out of the package and was told "we don't do returns or exchanges." It was literally a defective product that I was sold! Ripped off! Poor customer service. Will not be shopping here again.

Great assortment of toys, lubricants, lingerie, and sexual wellness products. I really appreciated the friendliness and knowledge of the staff because I had a ton of questions. This is a wonderful store and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is so unique and special. Was in Brooklyn, looking for a fun gift for my GF. While searching shops online. I noticed that most of the reviews for S*** are from women (and +). So I thought, this must be best place to find something for her. My GF is pretty discerning. I LOVED that the staff were so easy going, helpful and discreet. I now understand why they say S*** is a "Sexy Shop". Turned out the staff knew exactly what I needed. Happy wife happy life!
