Came to this shop for first oil change on brand new 2023 Nissan at 7k miles, great service received as it was just oil change and top out fluids. I then proceed to come every 7k miles. At the time of my 3rd oil change, the technician calls me over and asked where I last got my oil change done, I laughed and said this vehicle only comes here every 7k. Technician then got the manager and me, took us over to vehicle to show us oil drain pan and what we witnessed was a ton of epoxy all over the oil pan and drain nut. I did not understand what I was looking at, at the moment. The manager then tried to locate last technician that serviced my vehicle, that tech right away asked me for receipt his own manager responded that no I know this vehicle comes for regular service. Manager did not ask me for any proof as he knows my vehicles do in fact come in regularly. I was then told that a new part will be ordered and delivered within 2 days. Next day I get call that part is delivered and I should bring my vehicle in. I get to my car to drive it over and then notice engine oil is all over the street under vehicle. I then get it towed, (Used my AAA). The shop changed the part as promised but when it came time to pay, I was told I had to pay for part which was near $200, I did not fuss due to all these negative reviews and issues never being resolved. I then confirmed part was genuine from nissan. I believe i should have only had to pay $85 like I do everytime for oil change but instead had to pay for technicians mistake. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY!!! There's definitely always another option not too far.

I had a negative experience at the car wash. The owner was rude, and when I confronted him, he didn't acknowledge his mistake. Customer service was lacking; he should treat customers with respect. Overall, not satisfied. 1 star.

I’ve been coming here since my first oil change/brake service on my Porsche Macan At 10k miles. At 50k now and the service has always been great. The owner is highly involved with his shop and the service his employees provide.

Car was getting hot almost overheating, went here they put antifreeze and fixed problem. Also did my brakes here not too long ago, very nice people. Good prices also. Definitely recommend

The car the worst car wash ever i pay $23 for it they did not do my wheel wash they said ready but i look at the wheel full of dirt on it dont go her for a car wash .
