The urgent care I sometimes bring my kids to for throat swabs sends their samples for cultures to this lab. They don't provide culture results in a timely manner, which does not really make sense if their services would be needed to manage acute illnesses. They are instead very prompt to send invoices.

Unfortunately, my mother's doctor uses this lab; they don't have a portal that allows me to access the results like other labs; seems you can only if you go to them directly and got an invoice from them. I had used their contact us in their web site to inquire about this; never got a response.

My experience was great, service was professional and quick. Results came back quickly and truly a first class experience. Staff was friendly and attentive.
