I recently went here to buy some paint to hopefully transform my kind of blah entryway into something more interesting.
The staff here was super helpful and pleasant!
Of note: I went here three times to get various swatches and finally the paint. The 1st time I went in, the guy behind the counter ignored me but I didn't really need help so was unbothered by that. The next two times, the two different guys that helped me were extremely nice and very, very helpful. I did hear from one of them that the not-great guy had been let go. So if you see in a review that some guy working there wasn't great, you don't need to worry about that any more!

This place is great. I have never painted before & I has no idea where to even start. Matthew & co took the time to explain what kind of paint I needed for my project. Super helpful, professional but also very friendly.

Came on a Saturday at 4:15, sign on front door says “open”. Store hours posted states open till 5. Doors locked no one in store. Waste of money on meter parking.

A+ service from Avery in the past and recently Tashani helped me pick a color for my living room. She even took the extra time to ensure I had enough for the exact square footage and was very kind during our transaction. Highly recommend!

While this store is nice and the associates are friendly, there is a major lack of communication and my paint match was not advised correctly. I was not told samples only come in certain sheens before purchasing it and after purchasing what I was told was the correct sheen, I painted my walls to see that it is clearly not the same sheen I was advised by the employee. In addition to this, there was confusion on pricing due to the lack of communication. Unfortunately, I have now spent around $60 just to spot correct a couple areas.

SW made an honest mistake mixing one of my colors, and I ended up with yellow walls instead of white. I was so worried about how I was going to pay to get it repainted, but Avery and the team at SW not only replaced the paint, but sent contractors to repaint it.
Avery was so kind and thoughtful to this very stressed 8-month-pregnant lady, and I am so appreciative that SW made it right. I'll never buy paint anywhere else!

Came on a Saturday and the sales associate was sleeping for quite awhile. When he woke up he never acknowledged anyone in the store and seemed annoyed we were there. Unfortunately came back this Saturday to catch the sale and the doors are locked. It's 1:00 in the afternoon. As I approached the door I saw the sales associate jump out of his chair and disappear from view. 30 mins later he came back from McDonald's opened the door. Not a word. I'm going to Lowes. I'm done with this store on

I came in with a small project and had little experience to complete it. Avery helped me with super simple solutions, tried repeatedly to keep my costs low and never made me feel like I knew nothing (even though I did ;)!!) Will return for my next project for sure.
