Navigating the vast array of paint colors at Sherwin Williams in Park Slope was made effortless by Tajaih. His patience and kindness turned what can be an overwhelming experience into a seamless process. Because of consider me now a lifelong customer. Thank you!

Went in last week on a Saturday and the only employee working ( Mr Happy) was just so miserable. When I walked into the store, not even a hello, or how may I help you, nothing! Unfortunately, I had to return today to get another gallon of the same paint and Mr. Happy was there again, by himself. I enter the store and Mr Happy is just sitting in his chair behind his plexiglass glass playing on his phone and not even acknowledging I was there. after 10 minutes another customer came in and Mr Happy decided to wake up. Once again, no hello or how can I help you. I guess we were inconveniencing Old sour puss for playing on his phone. Man if I didn’t need that paint I would’ve never stopped in there again. I will def not be going back. I should have went to Leopaldi’s Hardware from the start. Stay clear of this place; well at least on Saturdays

Safe to say I won't be shopping at this location. I stopped by looking for a specific black paint (Tricorn Black) on a Saturday afternoon. I browsed around for about a minute looking for the paint and a sales associate. There was no one in site to assist me with locating and purchasing the paint. Keep in mind this store isn't big! As I walked further into the store we see a man sitting behind a glass just staring at us. He doesn't ask can I help you or are you looking for anything in particular let alone a simple greeting. I'm not sure about anyone else but if I have to help myself at any business especially when I need assistance that's clearly a business I rather not give my money too. Lowe's is a huge store and it's easier to get assistance there then it was at this small establishment.

Went on a Saturday afternoon- there was one employee working. Customers were asking a lot of questions but he didn’t break a sweat. Was super knowledgeable, patient, fast and helpful. A lot better than buying paint from Lowe’s.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with slow service at SW. Despite my expectations for prompt and efficient service, I found myself waiting for an extended period of time. This delay greatly impacted my overall experience and left me feeling frustrated. I hope that the establishment takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving their service speed in the future.

Came in on Saturday afternoon. The only employee in the store was leaning in chair in the back office and looked unbelievably disturbed ans bothered that a customer came in.He slowly and angrily made his way to the counter, as one does when recently and suddenly awaken from a deep sleep. He begrudgingly engaged us, while mumbling words. We drove to Queens to buy the product we needed because we didn't trust him to successfully complete a basic transaction. He seemed relief we were leaving and at no point offer any type of assistance.

Was working on a project involving the occupants of a room being sensitive to VOC's. Searching around the website lead me to the ProMar 400 zero VOC product line. I called the local store and Matt was super helpful in lining up the product in the color. When I arrived at the store the place was very clean and the product shelves seemed fully stocked. Seems like a good spot for last minute pick-ups or spur of the moment repaints. Matt and his team were super helpful and made good use of my time getting me out the door in what-felt-like less than 10mins. They threw in a free stirring stick too!

Had a great time in here today and yesterday. I came in with a scrap of paint smaller than a corn flake and Harry helped me get a match! He talked me through the options and was patient and professional. I'm big on customer service, I don't need to be pampered but I love getting the help I need especially when I have so little experience. I wound up coming back to get pretty much everything I need to paint my entire bedroom. Thank you Harry for your help and support.

Worst Sherwin Williams in the boroughs. call to place an lrder and the guy says "I wont remember what you order im busy, just come in the shop" and so I do that and the doors are locked and lights are off at 12:20 on a Saturday. Guy is on lunch and closes up shop lol. Waste of time and will not be back.

Frederick is awesome, he was extremely helpful in getting the right shade.I recommend going in to pick out a paint color instead of choosing one online. They look pretty different irl.

Firstly I would like to say that the employees at this location a very nice. The main issue is that on both of my visits (Saturday and Sunday), they only had ONE person working. On Sunday, I waited a HALF HOUR just to place my order. The employee had to make two orders ahead of me as well as answer the phones. They need to hire more people so that customers don’t have to wait so long.

Had a terrible customer service interaction this same day that made me appreciate stores like this all the more! They are competent, efficient, knowledgeable and really seem to care about their customers. Particularly want to call out the manager, Cole, who seems to gracefully balance all of his various responsibilities while retaining a calm, progressional demeanour. I will come here for help with painting projects whenever I can just to receive this level of service! Thank you SW on 5th!

I am a professional painting contractor that has worked in the NYC metropolitan region for close to 40 years. On the east coast Sherwin Williams is relatively the new kid on the block. Most of the time my clients request Benjamin Moore but every once in awhile a client asked for Sherwin Williams. I have been to this store twice. Both within a 5 year time span, working at different times for the same client who wanted Sherwin Williams. In both incidents I dealt with different people. Most recently, I received paint that was not mixed properly. In an earlier case, I was advised to use a type of acrylic " heat resistant" paint for riser pipes. I had never used anything but oil based paint but Iassumed the agent knew what he was talking about, so I gave it a go. The pipes ended up bubbling and cracking off right away once the heat was turned on. I was called back to sand, prime and redo them with an oil based paint to make things right. Both my dealings with Sherwin Williams ended up costing me time and money . A competent paint company needs to rely on consistency of product, efficiency in service and professional knowledge by the employees of their products.. None of those things are found in this store.

At first, I had issues getting the pain that I needed but Wes, the store manager, was able to solve the problem and find an alternative to what previously purchased (now discontinued).
