Like every other carwash, not worth it. I got the ultimate wash and there was nothing ultimate about it. I'm better off washing my car myself or just paying more to privately get it done.

The time I went was after 7PM, you have to be there before 7PM because then your vehicle can be washed and you don’t have to stay in the vehicle. They will clean the vehicle mats before 7PM. Otherwise, this car wash is awesome for a thoroughly cleaned vehicle.

This place are the worst at the nighttime. They never want to serve people they don’t want to talk to you. They are the worst car wash, ever seen in my life. Especially the old man he is so old and he need to retire.

I’m surprised my friend recommended them in my second visit after I told the guy only a oil change after they offer extra stuff I had done by my mechanic not even 2 months ago. I went to the Bronx next day when I open my hood I notice my oil filling cap was left completely off I’m not going back be careful

I called the night before to inquire about the hours they do details. A woman told me that they begin doing details at 7AM. The following morning, I arrived at 7:45AM only to be turned away. I was told that my car would not be ready until 4:00PM - 8 hours later! I asked if I could at least get it at 2:00PM because that's when I would need it. I was told no, they didn't have enough people to handle the job, which is concerning for such a big car wash company. So I left, and he didn't even try to stop me.

I normally come here for the night special from 7 at night ? to 7 in the morning ? exterior wash, good price for an excellent clean vehicle, staff very friendly and will always help ? you with any requests. Don't hesitate to try them out, l highly recommend ?. Let me know when you ? do.

Worse customer service I've had. Rude from the get go, after realizing that I paid only for an exterior wash, I tried to enquire about the cost to add inside cleanup as well. I was met with just rude behaviours of staff that with "don't care" attitude, even though i was willing to pay more for more service. Nasty.

Currently getting my car washed, the guy with one eye that’s alil closed was beyond incorporative. Tried to refuse to wash my car because he didn’t want to use tape on my trunk were I was hit. Proceeded to talk smack in Spanish even thoe I asked multiple times to speak in English. Though I got my car washed because I didn’t have a choice at the moment I won’t return . People don’t go to places to be treated like this. The younger guy was trying to be nice I guess.

This is a great place to service your vehicle and get an excellent car wash. The staff is careful and hardworking. They treat your vehicle as their own. I trust them and the owners are kind and honest.
