Just bought 3 plates $54.00 of food from the Chinese buffet. The food was terrible. The Sesame Chicken and General Zso chicken was both balls of scrap chicken with a bunch of flour and tasted the same. A waste of half a hundred dollars. Couldn't even chew the chicken. Darn shame.

Hi shop there at least three times a week and every time I get helpfulness and kindness from the register that a woman called Sunday works. She is the reason I come back there all the time a great employee.

I’ve been shopping at the gateway mall ShopRite location for a while now but I recently went in there the other day to purchase a cake for my niece birthday and when I went to order the cake the bakery women in the back was making apple pies with her bare hands no gloves no nothing that’s disgusting ? I thought all employees must wear gloves when handling food that was unacceptable and I will not be returning to that location for anymore cakes

The staff at Shoprite's seafood department (Kim, Toni and Victoria) are always courteous and patient. They clean and prepare fish to order expertly. I've tried several different fish based on their recommendations, and have been pleased.

Today on a Sunday morning, I went to the bakery department to get a few cut rolls like I do every other day. For some reason the cut roll were all tough I ask in the back are there any fresh cut rolls and I was told no. Remind you I had visit before the store and one lady from the bakery said the tough roll are left over one that from the day before so those are the one that they put out first in the morning so she went and got me the rolls from the box that was fresh. Today I am telling them more than one Person in the bakery section that these roll are tough they telling me no they are not. They didn’t even self want to pick up one of the roll to see what I was talking about . I couldn’t believe this. So I call the store to speak with the store manager he stated to me that he will check when he gets off the phone with me. I don’t believe that he will check. Regardless if you get rolls from an outside vendor you have to make sure the store is putting out good quality product for customer. I told the store manager I was coming back he told me they will be no more rolls they don’t have any more. That give me a clue right there that he will not check, he wanted to rush me off the phone. He could have said hey can you hold for a second to let me check. Customer services is the key.
