The service you get from this bank, at least the branch i go to on 3rd ave in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn) is like the good old days of banking. It's a pleasure to go there, and get things done. Officers at the desks are smart, super efficient and never waste my time. You are made to feel that you have being banking there for decades, where in the bigger names bank even if you are banking for decades you are just another account. The people who run this branch are hands on.

Really a great bank to deal with , everyone there is so friendly and helpful , you are really treated just like family here . . Even the customers are a definite cut above those in the mass production banks . . . Nice very professional and easy to understand monthly statements too . . . I just can't imagine a better banking experience that at this Signature bank branch . . . .

Horrible bank no one should ever open a bank account this bank they are mom and pop organization you can’t even deposit cash directly into the ATM and get it directly deposited to your account immediately like other big banks you have to wait to the next day if making a cash deposit at night time this is the baby step child of the bank world there is a lady name Monica and a man named Bill both of them are j*** off‘s losers
