I used Silk road services 3 times. From UZB to USA and from USA to UZB. The packages were organized and well covered. They were always in contact with me from the sending to delivering. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. It's good to have you in the USA. Will definitely use your service again and recommend it to my friends

The situation is this: I decided to send my nephew a budget smartphone. I came to the office, gave my passport information and asked to send it in the name of my nephew. As a result, the phone was sent to the details of a complete stranger but with the contact number of the nephew. The phone was received but was not registered in Tashkent. I called the office and they started feeding me breakfast and the idea that they would help solve the problem created by their employee. In short, it's a scam. Uzbeychilli. I don’t recommend using this company; the people working there are newbies who don’t know what or how to do it. Be careful this company employs scammers.

I would never recommend sending packages through Silk Road Express. My many of items are lost and they do not take responsibility and do not try to find the lost items. They say we are not to blame.

I'm not happy with this company, don't send it with them. I sent the parcel on December 9th and my granddaughters still haven’t received their New Year’s gifts. How do they work? They promised to deliver within 10-12 days. If they can’t provide proper service, why accept parcels! Scammers! The management of this company has no conscience. They probably send their commercial parcels and left ours for later! By the way, we paid them a lot! In general, I don’t recommend sending with them! I called them to return my parcel and return my money! They don't have such a service! Let's see what will happen next . If anything happens, I’ll file a complaint against them to other authorities!

The office is located in Queens. The employee spoke very rudely and was rude to me. And when I asked for the phone number of the main office, he said that he is the owner and if I don’t like it, I can go somewhere else. I don't recommend it.

The worker in queens location was very rude. Has no manners. Refused to do service just because we were speaking on other language. Customer service very poor.
