Literally the worst pharmacy ever, and then the man(black) in front is making jokes, as if people lives don’t depend on these medication to survive. There is nothing funny, literally had people yelling asking what is going on and all they kept saying is “working on it” . I strongly do not recommend this place for anyone. I don’t even know how they are open at this point, absolutely horrible, seems very unethical.A diabetic patient is waiting on their meds and the guy made a joke saying “you want pressure medication too” trying to joke around, but this is literally someone’s life!Seriously not cool.

Silver Rod Pharmacy is the absolute best! I've been dealing with them for 2 years. They deliver my medication to me in Queens. I deal with Wilson once a month and he is incredible, the customer service is second to none.

I am reviewing this pharmacy because even though the staff may be professional at time, there methods in the filling of prescription are very weak. I have family members who get their prescription filled their and everyime they go the price changes. When the doctors write a script for 3 months supply of medication, they only fill 1 month at a time and charge my family and their insurance 3 times. They have been in business for over 80 years and if this is how they treat their customer in the pharmacy section of this business, SHAME. I know it’s convenient for my family because it’s close to home, but they need to try another pharmacy.$$$$$.

Great place. my pharmacist works around all my allergies and is just a caring person. Kevin their delivery guy is my fav. He’s the kindest person I have ever met. Great staff
