The younger guy with the dyed hair that works there is helpful, and it’s never hard for me to find an available machine.
My issue is with the cleanliness. Lift up any of the covers on any of the detergent receptors on the machines and it’s NASTY. Standing water, black mold, white fuzzy mold, you name it. Unfortunately the other laundromat near my apartment is worse, but I never feel like my clothes are really clean when I use this laundromat. Not to mention dirty socks and underwear left on top of machines and tables. I’ve been going here almost two years now, and it just seems like the detergent trays get worse and worse, I honestly don’t think they’ve been cleaned in two years.
My advice to the business: raise your cleanliness standards and please do more regular cleanings of the machines and the detergent trays.

Horrible laundromat, dryers ripped up my clothes and they didn’t want to pay anything back. $50 dollar shirt down the drain.

I’ve been there many times. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. Good environment and spacious. Always finishes orders fast. This laundromat is one of my favorites! I recommend coming here.

You’ll spend money on a hot wash just to have it wash in water that is ice cold. No help with getting what you paid for, they’ll say “it is what it is.” Also, lift the rubber water spout lid of any one of these washers and you’ll find tons of black mold. Very sanitary! Never again.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Good machines and spacious. The dryers sometimes don’t work 100% but it’s ok.

For some reason behind the desk/window there’s a woman with a disrespectful tone. I came in to inquire about wash and fold and she simply shook her head at me while eating chips saying “I don’t know” she wouldn’t make eye contact with me and when I asked about pricing she just kept saying “no… I don’t know”. It was very rude and confusing as a customer who’s simply looking to wash clothes.

Don't trust the wash and fold service here, this laundromat misplaces items regularly. Small items are guaranteed to get lost, but they also lose large items, like duvet covers. They will also refuse to compensate you or take any kind of accountability for losing your belongings. They will blame you that you never gave them the items, or that you already picked them up, which is how I was treated in my experience.I dropped off 20 pounds of items on Sunday morning for cleaning, and picked up the same day in the evening. When I got home I noticed that both of my duvet covers were missing, along with smaller items like socks. Hard to keep track of the small things, but 2 duvet covers are tough to misplace unless you're really careless.I went back this morning to try and find the missing duvet covers, and noticed that one set was packaged in a bag for someone else. I tried to speak to the older man working at the counter and explain that my items were missing. He refused to speak to me. He's obscenely rude, and gestured that I was crazy without letting me explain the situation. He insisted that I picked everything up yesterday, and when I explained to him that my items were missing, he simply yelled "NO" repeatedly. I was so taken aback that someone would speak to a customer that way. He didn't take any time to help me out or offer a solution. He continued to insist that I picked up all my clothes the previous day, which wasn't true, since we did find one of the missing sheets at the store when I came back this morning. One set is still missing. I won't be returning to this laundromat, and I would caution anyone considering using their services.
