About Sogo Home USA
Sogo Home USA has kind staff and affordable pricing. They have a great selection of toys and gifts, including Snoopy items and Sanrio products. The store offers products from Japan and has friendly sale representatives who can explain how to use them. However, some customers have had negative experiences with staff being overly watchful and not allowing kids to touch toys. Others have reported poor product quality and knock-off items being sold at high prices. Despite this, many customers have had positive experiences and appreciate the store's cute products, including cups, backpacks, and ID holders. The staff can be friendly and helpful, making recommendations for toys and other items. Overall, Sogo Home USA has its strengths and weaknesses, but it remains a place to find unique and enjoyable products.

This place makes me feel better feel inspired. I like they sell here. It is an healing place for me. This place has become a place I go to often. Every time I go inside I buy something because I have to.

Great selection of toys, houseware, pens, figurines and more! They even have the Chinese viral hand-beaten lemon tea, it was delicious 🤤 Will come back for more!!

Kind staff even when I stayed for a few long minutes. Affordable pricing for sticker merch where I’ve seen other stickers be several times more than $4+ each for a basic design.
But after seeing the recent negative reviews, I genuinely feel bad for your experiences of bad service and poor product quality.
