Kind staff even when I stayed for a few long minutes. Affordable pricing for sticker merch where I’ve seen other stickers be several times more than $4+ each for a basic design.
But after seeing the recent negative reviews, I genuinely feel bad for your experiences of bad service and poor product quality.

Three stars because they have GREAT snoopy items and I love snoopy DOWN but they are selling knock off Smiski’s for double the price of a real one. I should have read the reviews

The sale Rep. are friendly, explain to me clearly how to use the product that from Japan and recommended the good toys for my son as well. My son was happy and he likes those toys a lot. Defiantly come back....
