Absolute joke of a store
Walked in and all four employees just stared at me like I interrupted their day, then looked away. No “hello,” no “how can we help,” nothing. I stood there awkwardly, then had to ask “Is anyone going to help me?” — still ignored.
After standing around for 5–10 minutes, I was finally told to “check in” with zero explanation, zero eye contact, and zero professionalism. Not a single person acknowledged me like a human being.
If this is Spectrum’s idea of customer service, it’s embarrassing. Staff clearly don’t care, don’t want to help, and shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else.

Had to return a spectrum box, thank goodness i arrived as soon as the store opened because they usually only have 1 person behind the register and 1 on the floor to help with questions. This store can get crowded quickly so arrive as early as you can.

Stay far away from that company And that store on Fulton Street. They have people working there that do not help you. I do not Know how they got a job there when they don’t know not nothing but an inch. I left frustrated and ran to MetroPCS. I’m even going to cut off my cable service and go to Optimum. Spectrum you really need to hire people that care about others because at that store on Fulton Street they don’t. They very argumentative and make you feel like you’re not knowing what you’re talking about. I don’t know where the supervisors are for that store but your workers need training.

Horrible experience with spectrum before my service even got started. I called to get service started at my residence. They scheduled me a time and date. I planned ahead took the day off from work to be there . I was scheduled by Tyler Mockridge for 8 to 9am. Then they sent a message saying there has been a change to my account. So I called they changed my time to 10 to 11. Then the installer Andrew called at 10 just to let me know then service is unavailable in my area. That I will have to reschedule for a different date. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Then when I called to ask Tyler what happened. He had nothing to say but there on his computer said the area was ready for service. We'll before you go putting your card on people door wasting the time and money. Maybe talk to a tech and see if the area is actually available for service. Very disappointed!!!

Nothing special, came in to swap out equipment and the service tech was very efficient and polite. In and out of the store in 2 minutes.

the women is NOT perfessional, I moved out and tried to cancel my account and return my equipment, the women said I need to cancel online, then I turned to another stuff, he scaned my equipment and cancelled my internet in 1 minute, if I need to do everything online, why does spectrum hire you guys?

Terrible service, they give you false information, I feel scammed, the worst thing is that they don't give you any solution. Avoid the trouble of going to this place, and instead call Spectrum customer service.

On a moving day and when I was significantly behind schedule, I went in to this Spectrum 9 minutes before they closed and I walked out 3 minutes before they closed. It was fast and quick service to get everything done and shout out to JACKIE who helped me close out my account and collect my equipment.
