Completely negligent. I’ve had to go in three times just to set up my wifi. The first time, the employee gave me two routers instead of a router and a modem. Then I discovered that the coax cable was missing from the box. So then I had to go back for that. Such a waste of time.

had an amazing experience with Jocelyn at the Spectrum store on North 7th in Brooklyn! She was incredibly helpful and patient while setting up my new mobile and internet account. Jocelyn explained everything clearly, made the whole process smooth, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service — thank you, Jocelyn! Highly recommend seeing her if you visit this location.

Spectrum is terrible, you never get good service there even though there is almost no customer. In this internet era, don't waste money on spectrum!

Love this location!! This is the third time I've come here, and the second time Max has taken care of me and helped me out with whatever I need assistance with.
Highly recommend this place, it’s clean, quiet and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and “really fast” and very professional.
They know what they’re doing!!!

I just had a great and speedy experience in this store! I had gone into the 23rd St store earlier today and received nothing but an hour long wait and disinterest from their staff for what should have been a quick drop off transaction. The Williamsburg location had positive and friendly staff and the whole interaction was done in 5 minutes. Such a win!

During my visit, the store manager Angie spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and tone. this behavior was only disappointing but also unacceptable especially from someone in a leadership position. unfortunately, this incident has left me undervalued and dissatisfied. I left the store without resolve the intermittent internet connection.
