Two days before Christmas, my nephew and I accompanied my mom to the Spectrum store on 86th Street to resolve some issues she was having with her cable service. Wow, the help we received from Alex, was outstanding! Not only was he so sweet, patient, and professional, he was also very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood everything we needed to do when my mom got home. Once he finished with my mom, he then went on to assist my nephew and I with numerous questions we had about our current Spectrum and AT&T plan which we were not happy with. Alex very patiently presented us with several promotions explaining the pros and cons of each and leaving it up to us to decide. Alex was with us for almost 3 hours and even though it was very close to the time for him to leave, he never once rushed us into making a decision. The day after Christmas, my nephew and I went back to Spectrum to switch and sign up with them. Lucia was our representative this time and she was also excellent. She very patiently and professionally answered our remaining questions and finalized the process of switching to and opening another account with Spectrum. Very happy and satisfied with how quickly everything was set up. Thank you Alex and Lucia!

I am usually not the type to leave a review in general, however, my visit to the Spectrum store on 86th St a couple of days ago went so smoothly that I feel compelled to leave a great review!
I went to the Spectrum store to assist my grandmother and aunt with their cable and internet packages. We were attended to by a very friendly and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Alex. He remained very patient throughout our million-and-one questions and gave us step-by-step instructions on how to install and activate our new internet and cable devices, which made the process hassle-free for us!
I was not a customer of Spectrum when I arrived, however, after learning about Spectrum phone service plans, I plan on returning soon to switch from ATT. Thank you, Alex!

I went into the store today trying to get a mobile replacement. And I must say the gentleman Alexander who took care of me was super friendly and nice and answered all my questions. Even the manager Luis Mejia was superb and very knowledgeable. I must say I will be coming back to this spectrum from now on and will be telling my friends and family to come check out this place. Very nice location and staff

Horrible customer service and I was never informed that if you want to switch your mobile service to another carrier they hold your credit card or debit card for 60 days. Absolutely unethical, disrespectful and illegal. My advice if you have to encounter this situation contact your credit card provider or the bank you have a debit card with and forward this information ASAP!!

Experiencing issues with my account and upgrading it and dealing with horrible customer service by phone on this situation so decided to go in person to take care of this matter . Was greeted by Daniel who was professional and understanding and was able to resolve my situation . Just the customer service he gave us made me stay with spectrum instead of inquiring about Fios. Hopefully Spectrum acknowledges the high caliber employee they have .

It was well worth the visit. I’ve never visited this store before. However, I sat down for 10 seconds and I was acknowledged immediately. I’ve noticed at other locations the employees continued their conversations even after they saw me. Someone should always see the customer walks in and acknowledge him/her.

Been standing in store for 10 min and no one greeted me. Another person walked in n finally Alexander (associate) came to me n said how u two doing? U guys are together right? “
Bc the other guy was same race as I am. I said “no we’re not” Alexander looked at me and walked away!

Employee named David (man wearing glasses) is extremely rude, doesn't greet customers and doesn't explain why or how to sign in. He spent 20+ minutes trying to get a credit card payment to process. Store was empty, only 2 customers and 2 employees but not one person to help anyone? Hire more staff
