My daughter and I visited the Tmobile at the Kings Plaza location today. I had an exceptional experience and service from Sharisse. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the phone my daughter was interested in, walking us through each process step by step. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but her patience was truly remarkable. She didn’t rush through anything. She made sure to answer every question we had and reassured us when we were uncertain about anything. Her genuine care and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She even went above and beyond to ensure that the phone was set up exactly how she wanted it before we left the store and I even purchased a tablet while there. It’s rare to find such personalized and attentive service, and I truly appreciated how she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel like a breeze. This kind of customer service is why I’ll continue to choose T-Mobile in the future!

I came here 3 days ago to get a Galaxy FE Watch but as my sister just notice it was the wrong color so we didn’t get it but I ended up getting a Apple Watch SE 44mm in black and I love it .. Tiara definitely the best and other workers there know what team work is

Another Day Another J or two reps with the letter J in one day. I came in from the Rockaway Parkway location because I was looking to upgrade my broken Z Flip 3 to the Z Flip 6 and Julian was the rep to depend on. I had spoken with Justin at the Rockaway parkway location, hence "2 Js in one day." Shout outs and accolades go out to the rep, Julian and the store for having the phone I wanted. He was very patient with me while I waited for all of my data and settings to be transferred to the new phone. He got the job done and was attentive if I had any questions while waiting for the data to transfer. All in all, a highly efficient customer service rep. Thank You Julian!

Sharrise the Sr Mobile expert was AMAZING!!! She was able to help us out not once but twice. She seems to know everything about everything which shows how knowledgeable and dedicated she is to the team. Definitely will be coming back.
