I don't know why this store has such a low average star rating, because it's next to my mother's house and I've been using it for almost 10 years. Never had any problems or issues, with a stuff or returns, or bad products or anything at all. They have enough people who working pretty fast and ready to answer all of your questions. Very rare, in the busiest hours a day 6-7pm, it could be few people in line. Also I like their big clearance.

While the store itself is well stocked and organized, their customer service is disappointing. We brought Amazon and UPS items for drop off; service was slow and the worker was unnecessarily rude/gave us attitude while processing these returns. I will not be returning here in the future for package drop offs.

Place treatable people like they are criminals. Walked into purchase a router. Guy would not open the glass case to show me a 30$ router MAX.. the TECH GUY. Would only show me an item if and only if i knew which one I wanted before he opened the case. When I asked to speak to the manager he sent Michael which was slightly helpfull. But the fact that MAX had the audacity to tell me to leave the store... while he's wearing a TShirt and not even in Staples attire. The manager needs to fire this buffoon.

Today I called staples wanting to know if they have the tools to create obituaries so I got a lady on the phone she said she would ask so I believe by accident she hung up the phone so I then called back and got a gentleman asking the same question about the making of the obituaries I then heard laughing in the background and the gentleman asked me to repeat myself twice because he was unable to hear me then I got annoyed because of the laughter I heard in the background so the gentleman claim he would find out so then another lady answered saying how can I help you so I then ask if there was a manager on site and the lady stated at this time no so I asked do you have the tools to create obituaries and she said No it's unfortunate that we have to go thought grief losing loved ones and have to put up with rude and disrespectful people to ask one question you got loud laughing in the background three different people just to be told NO you don't have the tools was a slap in the face very sad poor customer service just horrible

Good enough for me. They have times computers with internet to do business and print out important documents. They also have UPS drop off service.

I came here to make some prints and I must say the customer service is top notch! 'Zack' the employee was super helpful and welcoming. He helped me through the printing process with a positive attitude. I am so glad I stopped by this location. Thank you for making my day brighter 'Zack'!!!!

Honestly, the worst, most useless employees--very difficult to shop there. Forget about 10 years ago when the woman kept telling me 'return your toner cartridges for cash' without ever telling me it was 'Staples Bucks'! which isn't actually cash ('well, you know what I meant!'...of course, you work at Staples). So, earlier, it must have been near break time when I was told decisively that 'what you see is all we have left' of the charging pads, in the section with mostly charging cables. Slim pickings, so I decided to look elsewhere, but then checking out headphones in the next aisle, directly across was a whole array of charging pads--different brands, styles, wattage, prices: exactly what I had been looking for (note: Doody hardware lady couldn't find a tube of caulk...could be a superfund zone). Last time I came for a wired mouse and left with a wireless--that was dumb of me, thinking the wire was in the packaging...but I did ask specifically, and said I was confused (hence the need for workers).

I'm completely an understanding and patient customer, especially with school coming back in session, but these last few visits have been a disaster and complete disappointment. Went on a Wednesday around noon to fax some papers & get some things printed on stock paper & after waiting 28 minutes with only 2 people in front of me (that were only mailing something) I was told to go to the copy machine and do it myself. I simply explain I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to printing and faxing and asked for help & was told "no, can't you see we're busy, just go there ". None of the employees nor management helped help me. I gave the copying a shot and it was completely messed up. A simple minute and a half from the printing team would have gone a long way. Instead, I left, unaccomplished and in total shock and disbelief. I wish they would have told me 30 minutes sooner they weren't gonna help me, so I didn't waste my time. Go somewhere else don't waste your time.

Theyre fine for buying things, assuming they have them in stock, which can be iffy. Their printing and marketing service department is a joke. It's taken three days and four separate trips in 90+ degree heat to get the world simplest binding job done. Or "bondeding", as they call it.

My husband has a job interview. We have been waiting for his school to send us a copy of his diploma. They finally sent it less than half an hour before Staples closed! We went in there and the staff was super helpful and super informative and they gave us the cheapest, easiest, fastest way to complete the task at hand. We have always had good service, but tonight was excellent.

I had an amazing experience in this location. I needed to print tri-folder brochures for coffee shop. Never did this before and Jerard, Michal and Jay helped me with everything. Spend a lot of time in order to make everything perfect. Great customer service, very professional and super friendly!Totally recommend this place.

Came in with an urgent print job. None of the self-service printers worked. Attendant did not even bother trying to get the documents off my phone, and could not get them over email.
