This location in every category is so much better than other locations like midwood and sheepshead bay in bklyn. The tech team are super helpful including Noel and other techs. ( Both that I had were great. They help you with all of your issues and are very patient for long periods of time. Honestly its some of the best customer service Ive had at a chain store. Then on top Christian the manager is helpful, professional and also very knowledgeable. Id like to add another star for him. I live a considerable distance away but I travel to this store because every time I come here the experience is good. Even when I went to lower level everything was super organized and neat. This reflects on a good manager.

We cannot thank Leo enough for all of his help and patience. He truly is such a kind soul. He answered all of our questions and executed our prints exactly how we pictured. Thank you so much Leo for everything. We truly appreciate it & will definitely be back in the future!

I have never felt more ripped off than today. I went into staples to print ONE document, that did not need to be colored. I requested for help at the desk at the staff sent me to the workstation. I went back asking if she could help me but she told me the workstation will only charge me a prepaid 10$ but not actually 10$. After printing my ONE document it charged me 14$. My document came out to 12$, which I think was ridiculous. It's 11 pages but definitely not worth 12$. She told me it's because I printed twice. Only one document came out & I knew I only printed once. Worst customer service.

I came here tonight to buy Bose headset unfortunately they sold out. Geez. I had to walk 30+ blocks to get here because there was major traffic congestion. What was supposed to be an hour outing, I ended up outside for 3 - 4 hours. I was determined to get another headset. I settled for the airpods pro. I couldn't stop staring at the box on the bus. I better not regret buying these. I heard they are easy to lose. The service could had been better. The cashier took his time going to the back looking for it.
