Ample Staples for basic needs. Stock is okay. There are better stocked Staple stores. Encountered open or broken products in an aisle or two. No associates to help on the floor. One cashier working.

I waited at customer service for over 15 minutes, and two staff passed by me, and neither acknowledged me. After waiting a bit, I decided to go to the sales line to pick up my item. Once I met with the retail cashier (two other customers ahead of me), I was told to return to the customer services desk. I then indicated I was there for 15 minutes, and no one serviced or acknowledged me. I was then told we were all busy. I understand that entirely; however, a simple we will be right with you would have been sufficient, and instead of assuming, I knew that you would service me after you completed your several tasks. When working in customer service, communication is imperative. It makes a huge difference and removes ambiguity. I gave three stars because I did get excellent service from the staff who was working the Amazon counter just before I walked to the customer service desk.
Nevertheless, I frequently visit this store and get excellent service, hence the stars above. Today, I'm not sure why the above occurred.

An item I viewed online at te website, indicated that it was in stock and available at the location of my choice.
Upon arrival and confirming with an associate the location of the item, it was then I realized it was not in stock, I had to choose another option.
This other option was a choice below, what my requirements were.

Dear Staples Customer Service Department,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am a customer of Staples, and I recently visited one of your locations for a parcel delivery service. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the attitude and quality of service provided by your staff, and I would like to formally file a complaint in the hope that this issue can be resolved appropriately.
At the time, I was sending a parcel that weighed22lb 18/12/8inch, but your staff member displayed a poor attitude, expressing dissatisfaction with the weight of the package. They refused to provide service due to the package’s weight and instead chose to engage in idle chatting rather than assisting customers. This behavior is highly unprofessional and contradicts the customer service standards that I expect from a reputable company like Staples.
As a company known for offering a wide range of services, including parcel delivery, I believe Staples should be equipped to handle packages of various sizes and weights, and your staff should maintain a respectful and professional attitude at all times. I request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate steps to ensure that such behavior does not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

If you have time to waste, then come here. Waited an hour just to pick up a printed order that was already paid for. There were 4 people working in the entire store. 1 in printing, 1 on UPS returns, and 2 in the front of store. Mind you the majority of the traffic was at printing and copying. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Asked the store manager if he could help assist and he told me he has no one else here.

This place is really a waste of time. I called and waited for 11+ minutes to ask a question that was literally 2 seconds. Today, June 27 I went to this location and I needed some help with a printer and first of all the staff over there was very rude Didn’t help me and then I called somebody and they took like 56 minutes I don’t know if they or somebody else The manager came was And he was so sarcastic every question that I was asking he was answering me like you know I’m like I’m killing him like you know you he didn’t want to answer any of the question it was a very bad service. There were so rude. That show old man was lol try answering me like every answer. You know if he was answering me late. The customer service was the worst at the copy & printing . I came in there for the morning shift and the young lady(not with dreads) was so disgusting and unprofessional. Please have a meeting or a training on customer service.
