We had a scheduled TSA Clear Pre-check appointment and arrived early. The staples employee left early and just walked out. A few of us waited and spoke with the staff there. They couldn't do anything because she was the designated staples employee for Clear and they were not allowed to operate the machine.
No advance notice or warning. We drove over an hour to get here for our appointment. Other people had been waiting for over a half an hour only to be turned away because the employee simply left.
This is unacceptable for Staples.

Service is very slow. Makes sure you have knowledge of what you want because sometimes the staff can be a bit lost.

Absolutely the worst Staples that is operating. First, I called multiple times to ask for the email address to send my items to only for the gentleman with a thick accent to hang up when I asked him to spell it. Second, upon arrival I stood on a very long line. Once I finally made it to the counter I was given a sheet of paper to complete. After answering questions about my name, number, email address, and zip code they young man took the slip and walked away. No questions about sizing he then proceeded to converse with his peers about everything under the sun. This store appears to be operating without supervision. While on line everyone had the same questions. The line is to the door always. However, the young man was really niceš¤·š¾āāļø.

We got some really nice books, pens and sharpeners with erasers on them at Staples. Good thing is you can find something in both lower and a little higher price range. So if you cannot afford the higher priced books you have other options.

I decided to shop at this local staples for my kids back to school shopping, and the store looked bad! Also a lot of the pricing wasnāt correct I had to go back to the aisles to take pictures to then go back to the cashier and show the picture of the sign. The manager stood around just concerned on the speed of the line not on the issue accruing at the register heās always so snobby and I was extremely dissapointed this year doing my kids back to school shopping the store staff needs to be retrained on customer service . I believe the tall guy is the store manager and heās very nasty to customers as if he doesnāt care most of all heās very sarcastic at times when you try to get his attention on something in the store or something you need itās as if heās practically insulting you in his mind

I am rating the overall experience EXTREMELY POOR however. There are two people who work on my two day visit that I want to give praises to and that is Kareem and brianna. Before I brag on there customer service. I want to acknowledge the Horrific customer service that was given by a Ms. Nicole on both visits. With being in management for many years Iāve developed a good eye on what leadership is. And if staples deems Ms.Nicole as a leader for there company then it really needs to be some workshop classes on how to be an effective leadership or guest customer satisfaction.She did not Directly help me, but I watch how she worked with other customers. There was no greeting no sense of urgency Very lazy, and had a sense of she was better than everybody else and did not need to be here. She even said out loud ā I am gonna say I have to go home and blame it on my kids so I can leaveā. She was obnoxious to the customers very lazy as a line grow while other employees were working. My second trip there I watched her demeanor and how unbothered she was as a line continue to grow one of the employees who had her hair and two ponytails and told her that the line was Growing. Nicole looked at her and said And?? She continue to drink her Red Bull and sip and take her time to look at the customers in the face. I found that to be very disgusting and rude. I am only saying sheās in leadership because she wore a different color shirt than everyone else. On a brighter note the first day I arrive I work with Miss Brianna and she was very helpful very eager to assist and gave us different ideas on how to get our project complete , The next day we came back and we will help Mr. Kareem. We told him severity of what needed to be done. He gave us our options and told us that he can personally make something happen for us at a given time. I said I really appreciate customer service today , youāve been very helpful and I know a lot of people may give you guys a lot of flack. If you taking your time and being sincere, it makes up for the negative impact yall get. This is not a bashing letter this is a letter to inform management or people leadership what is going on in your store. People like Briana and Kareem needs to be mentioned for the great service and leadership skills that they have displayed with the last two days. Now it is back to school time and it is extremely busy in the store, but there is a certain type of demeanor and decorum that should be displayed when you are at work. We customers are spending our money at your location and all we ask for is a Acknowledgment, respect, and courtesy.

Last week excellent service. Today at gateway location I lead worker over to mouse pad location. 830am He said meet him at counter I said no let me see you get the pads and I can take them myself. He was like I can't i was like look at me where am I going with them. Summer dress small pocketbook across body. Made me feel like I was going to steal 2 packs of mouse pads, 10 dollars each pack of 2, I was purchasing. Said store policy. Last week that wasn't the case. That baldheaded guy offended me. What was his problem. He was a jerk of a salesman.

The customer service here is terrible, and the quality is just as bad. The staff behind the counter clearly lack experience in printing. My mom was the body found burned in High bridge Park. My family and I had an interview with Fox News the next day, and I needed to print an awareness flyer and memory bookmarks for my mom, which I had created on Canva. I went the evening before to get everything ready, but the manager was disorganized, couldn't communicate well, and showed zero sympathy for my frustration with the poor print quality. There was no resolution, and the printouts looked no better than what my home printer could produce. I expected professionalism, but even the tech assistant was unhelpful and rude. Two customers standing in line with me had to step in and help resend my email because the staff couldn't even receive it properly. It's sad when customers show more professionalism and care than the staff. I ended up going to a nearby CVS, where I saw them printing a beautiful Sweet 15 poster on the exact material I needed for my mom's poster. It's embarrassing that a CVS pharmacy, where printing isn't even their main service, did a better job.

Ordering was quick and easy. The prices are a great value. Pick up and delivery options made it simple to get my order fast. I will continue to get all my office supplies from Staples.
