If I could give this place no stars, I would. Went there with my husband to return some supplies that I no longer needed in my office. The gentleman that was assisting us needed a manager to complete the return and Islam came and said he would not do it. The employee then says, and I quote “this is a legit receipt and return” Islam would not take the return because he claims the return policy states that the items needed to be returned within 14 days. It had only be 15 days since we bought them. I looked up the return policy and he was lying to our face, I showed him the items being returned could be returned at any time. He yelled at us stating he will not do it, continuously kept lying about the return policy after we showed him the correct one and he got disrespectful with my husband and threatened to kick him out when we had the right to return our items. He clearly racially profiled my husband. Since the employee threw our stuff in a cart where the returns go, we tried to get everything back and they didn’t give us all of our items back. We are missing about $150 worth of items. BEWARE OF THIS STAPLES. Islam clearly racially profiled my husband!

I have had poor experiences at this location in the past, but the two latest times I was here showed much improvement. The young lady who brought is the printer ink we requested was very patient and helpful to my wife, who was having issues finding her store credit on her phone. Plus, considering it was the week after back to school, I was impressed with their stationery inventory. Most places are a shambles, or empty. They still had alot of stock.Last time I needed copies of a blueprint, and they did a good job. So. Keep up the good work!

Disgusting service!! The workers must hate their jobs there. You take business to the store, wanting to print out a picture a certain way. The worker was not paying attention to the request THAT IS BEING PAID FOR! The manager was called to further explain how the work needed to be done. After printing incorrectly TWICE. You think that would helped, NOPE ! they want to laugh at you and take your money. If the request is printed WRONG and they don’t feel like fixing their mistake. They expect you to take it!At this store the customer is not correct in how they want their things printed.DONT SHOP/PRINT HERE !

This is hands down the worst Staples so have even been to. No one knows where anything is , and the manager “Islam” is very rude and unhelpful.

Just wanted to point out that manager on duty “Islam” was very rude and unprofessional! I was buying a gift cards for our employees with the company card that has me as authorized user in the back of the card. He asked for my ID and went on saying that my name has to be on the front of the card. I explained that my name is on the back as authorized user but he threw my card and ID the counter and told me that name on the front of the card must match! After getting the owner of the card, he deliberately sent us to the register that had people returning stuff. Knowing it would make us wait. Than another employee saw our frustration and called us to another register. Islam the manager stopped him and told him we need to wait there! I am completely withdrawing our company from doing business with staples every again! This manager needs to be fired! And seeing other reviewers, this is not a first complaint against him.

i hate this place these people don't do their job they sit around and do nothing. don't send out a package or pick up prints here. they won't print it for you.

First let me tell you, this location is very unprofessional and I will never spend a dime in this store again! I brought my computer to Staples in Gateway Shopping Center to transfer all of my data onto a USB , then to donate it via Staples after the process was complete. The tech service department told me this may take a couples days. I said fine. Staples called me a couple days later to tell me they donated my computer but they mixed up my computer with another customers information. I then replied ok, so what happened? Islam the store manager goes on to say they did not save my data to the USB (which I purchased when I dropped on my computer). I said ok, so how can I retrieve my data from my computer. He said we can't retrieve anything because my computer has been donated already. At this point, I am both angry and heartbroken....because basically all of my data and pictures of my 3 children were on that hard drive (not saved anywhere else). Long story short I lost all childhood pictures of my children and personal/professional data. But it gets worse, Islam (store manager) promises to give me a full refund over the phone. I go into the store the next day and Islam says he never stated that he would give me a full refund. We go back and forth in the store, this man says he cannot give me a refund for ther service..they can only give me back my empty USB. This Gateway Center -Staples location is HORRIBLE!!!! ISLAM the store manager is by far the worst store manager I have ever came in contact with, he is very unprofessional showed little care or empathy to me as a customer. I lost all of my data, hundreds of pictures of all 3 of my children and all of my money I paid for a service I did not recieve. I wish I could give this place Zero Stars, unbelievable!!!!

Great place; helpful Staff; Mr.Islam; The Manager personally helped get discounts on the product. The same unit was sold at next Ghost Best Buy. Don't go there. No one was there to help or explain. Yet I simply walked to Staple. Mr. Christian & Clark the sales staffs the most Civilized took over above their closed time to help with discounts too. Thank you Staple And Mr.Islam; the team.

I must say I was SSSOOO impressed with the two young ladies at the print section @ the Gateway # 1257 store.I explained my situation & there was an little hiccup about type of paperKimora took her time to not only explained, but proceeded to handle the email everything.Thank You Staples for the great staff you have working in the print/copy section

I want to give a shout out to Shawyn at Staples at the Gateway Center on a Sunday 3/5/23. I arrived at the store very close to closing time and needed some assistance with printing documents that I needed for a lesson the next day. Shawyn was very helpful and walked me through the process and even suggested downloading the app to save money and get coupons. The manager and cashier on staff we're also very patient and helpful. I was pleased with my shopping experience.

I look up this location before I left work, and it said on the Google site, that they open at 8AM. I been here at 8:30AM and it’s still not open, they need to update their store hours.
