Everyone at my most recent visit to Staples was kind and showed me where to find what I needed without any problem. UPS was in the midst of picking up a huge amount of parcels being returned to wherever. People were very busy and very nice. No one was rude. Once upon a time I remember years ago one rude salesperson. Did not affect my view of this store. I am grateful that it is here.

Hello, my husband bought printing paper and flash drive at the staples on ocean ave and ave y yesterday. The cashier charged him twice for paper and on the next day he did not want to help to fix this problem, even more, he did not want to return money and confuse my husband, saying that he is liying and the second paper is at home. Very rude cashier, unpleasant, do not want to solve problems, but even create them. There were no manager at that time, but I would like to look in his eyes - he hired person from outside not knowing what to do at the store he works. Terrible experience at the store ,that I used to visit more often, bought a lot of staff . Very sad!

John, the Manager of the Staples on Ocean Avenue is WONDERFUL!!!! So grateful for his assistance. That being said, I am so grateful to be living across the street from this Staples!!! So convenient to run in to buy supplies for work and to return my Amazon items. Thanks for being there,!

Hi. The store staff misguides customers. Also, they are liars. I dropped off a UPS package at 10:30 AM after confirming that UPS would pick it up at 5:00 PM.
But they handed over the package to UPS after 2 days. WORST SERVICES. Please be avoid. Mian Brooklyn

If you drop off a UPS package at the store, the staff do not take any responsibility. I dropped off a package at 10-30 AM, but after 12 hours did not appear in the UPS tracking system. The staff are very
rude.

This was the location of "The Waldbaum's Fire" where we lost 6 firefighters to a roof collapse on August 2nd 1978. RIP AND NEVER FORGET.

Absolutely terrible print services. I needed my double sided 8.5x11 prints aligned and I sent it in aligned and yet they printed it misaligned and did not CARE to check it out or fix it and said "I don't know". On top of that, I asked for cardstock paper and they gave me copy paper. Maybe if their manager didn't yell at them in front of customers, they would've done a good job with their print services
