I send package by ups and extremely disappointed by the staff who helped me...I see that there a lot of people who is disappointed and manager only when checking people's reviews says that she sorry for that experience...really? Can you please, let as know what is done for not happening of these problems.

Do not go here for Amazon returns, the worst possible customer service you can stand in line for 30 minutes for a single return.

Observed at the end of December, 2023 how a black manager was acting like a psychotic animal and yelling profanities at an arabic female costumer just because she made a remark that the line is long and the wait time to be services is out of control. Observed the same animalistic behaviour from the 2 black females that were working at that time in the UPS packaging section. Complaint was made to the central office, which take these matters "seriously". This manager along with those 2 females should of been fired on the spot for much less, yet, all 3 are employed and the lines are just as long as they were a month later. Staples, shame on you!!! You retain hidious employees when legitimate complaints are made from costumers in the neighborhood you service.

Yesterday around 6:10 p.m. eyewitness the most horrible customer abuse I have ever seen from an employee who cruely and callously yelled and screamed and disrespected an elderly woman who needed help at the printing machine. If you observe the footage you will see this employee aggressively handle this woman verbally to the point in which she was very scared and shaking by the brutality of his verbal abuse. The first employee she talked to dismissed her after she said she couldn't hear him through his mask. And that's when the cruel behavior started from the second employee. Several employees were laughing at the whole ordeal. This person should not be working anywhere. This was the most disheartening experience I've ever had in any establishment. Please check your footage from around 6 PM to 6:30 PM of the copy machines on the left if you're facing the main desk. There is no excuse for this type of behavior in business.

Great store. The best part of this place for me is that they have their own parking. Since they have Amazon drop-off locations, I visit this location much more often than used before. Would like to bring separate intentions to gentlemen cashier in the store. He is usually only one there. Very helpful, nice, kind, and friendly person

I don't know why this store has such a low average star rating, because it's next to my mother's house and I've been using it for almost 10 years. Never had any problems or issues, with a stuff or returns, or bad products or anything at all. They have enough people who working pretty fast and ready to answer all of your questions. Very rare, in the busiest hours a day 6-7pm, it could be few people in line. Also I like their big clearance.

While the store itself is well stocked and organized, their customer service is disappointing. We brought Amazon and UPS items for drop off; service was slow and the worker was unnecessarily rude/gave us attitude while processing these returns. I will not be returning here in the future for package drop offs.

I returned two packages to Amazon I was told by the clerk I just needed one receipt. When I got home the receipt was for one package only and when I checked on line only one package was recorded as being returned. I am handicapped. It will take me another day to get back to the store. Called the store and they said it sometimes takes a while for it to show the return.

Worst place to send your parcel through. Wasted for an hour in the store to hear that they unable to send the parcel that thay used to send a month ago... all usb in all printers are broken, and huge lanes... each customer served for 25 min... Personnel is rude and racist. Im nog going to even visit this place after all they've done to me.

This place has more negative places than positive ,today I wanted to print some copies from documents in myemail so Ineded computer and printer but none weee working out of three combos calling the manager by name Michael he has completely unhelpful and another employee girl very nasty they all not wearing tags with their names it’s like very unprofessional place not recomend for the service!
