I am a regular customer at Starbucks, especially at this store near my home. However, recently, I've been somewhat dissatisfied with their products and the attitude of the staff. The issue arises because I consistently order the same drink, ice espresso with extra oat milk and extra cold foam. In the past, I always received a full cup, but recently, I've only been getting half a cup from their store. Today, I received a response from their store manager, Bryant, stating that my order is supposed to be only half a cup. According to him, getting a full cup anywhere else is a mistake, emphasizing that their store follows the correct standard. I'm very puzzled because I've received full cups from them before, so who is actually at fault here? The attitude of the staff made me feel like it's my problem, and the manager's way of handling the issue left me speechless. For a global coffee chain, the lack of consistent quality control and varying staff attitudes is truly disappointing.

I went this morning to starbucks, and it was amazing (as usual)! I got iced green peach tea with lemonade. It was really refreshing. The barista that was helping me was very helpful and patient.

My order is wrong often. Instructions are ignored. If I order iced coffee with nonfat milk, there's a good chance I'll get a black coffee with like 4 ice cubes in it and no milk. There must be some confusion with reading the online orders. (I'm wondering if they're reading "nonfat milk" as "no milk") Someone should double check the orders before they go out to make sure nothing was missed.

Service is ok, drinks are good but the atmosphere is on the very low end compared to most other locations and not worth spending ending $6 on a coffee when you can’t even sit down to enjoy it.

I gave it one star because, of someone who works there and I think her name is Sharon, she’s so freaking rude & very unprofessional. I asked for a cup & she gave me the only attitude. She’s so lucky that I was in a good mood that day!

One star is too much for this crap hole. Put an order in at 8 and by 8:30 it's still not ready. The place was packed bc they're "so behind on mobile orders" and the workers were laughing as they tell everyone they're 25 minutes behind. Five people behind the counter and they can't do their job? Completely inappropriate response from the employees and overall bad business. Multiple people had to cancel their orders bc they're late to work and no care from the lazy employees. This place needs an on site manager and new employees trained to actually do their job. Customer service is abysmal and the fact that five people can't manage orders is pathetic.
