My latest visit to Starbucks in Brooklyn was brightened by Gigi's outstanding service. It's rare to see such genuine smiles and positivity in the hustle of the city, but Gigi was a delightful exception. Her enthusiasm and warmth made my day, highlighting the significant impact friendly staff can have on the customer experience. Gigi's presence alone makes this Starbucks location a memorable one.

Please get better staff that actually come to their job to work. Wrong items were given, the person at the window was more confused of the order she took than I was getting the incorrect item. Not good customer service.

I love this place it’s amazing, they have such good drinks and the workers are so talented, on my way to dance class me and my mom stopped by Starbucks Drive Thru and the guy was so funny he was doing Disney characters and it’s so cool. I highly recommend. The prices are good though for my mom expensive, Tall/Small: &4-$5 Grande/Medium: $6-$8 Venti/Large: $8-$10But other wise luv luv luv with all my heart ???

I’ll be very honest I had a few hiccups here with them taking a little bit too long to place an order but today I had such a great experience. I didn’t take the guy’s name but he’s such a sweetheart and you need more workers like him he literally calmed me down. Thank you so much for having really awesome service nowadays. 11/30/23 10:15am

This place is the WORST. Every time same thing. 4-5 people working but they’re all deer in headlights. Starbucks should rehire more efficient people to staff this store. Can’t fix stupid.

I go to the drive up often for coffee on my lunch break, very convenient. However, a couple times I’ve ordered a standard Venti Coffee (hot) with a lot of cream, and the coffee was lukewarm… I’m at the drive-through for a reason, I have limited time, going back inside at that point is not an option.

They seem really really understaffed and they get huge crowds of people that they can’t handle. If anything, I hope the reviews continue to lower their rating so upper management sees how much they’re struggling and actually does something to help them. On the bright side, after having to wait over 20 minutes for 1 drink three different days in a row, I’ve been pushed to make my own coffee at home which I guess is better for the environment and my wallet. I still miss having the option of getting coffee here since I work nearby but right now it’s a huge waste of time (the drinks taste bad and I’ve seen them make drinks incorrectly lmao).
