The team is incredibly nice but I have never been so actively thwarted from trying to buy insurance. I have two policies with them and wanted to move Auto over to bundle. I called in 2023 and they said their policy had just changed to requiring 2 years with your previous insurer. Weird, but okay. Rules are rules. Set a reminder to call one year later. Spring 2024 I called and was told they had changed their policies again to require 5 years with your previous insurer. Huh? I asked why, and they told me they didn’t want people switching just to save money… which, what?! Isn’t that every insurance advertisement ever?? The woman suggested I take my business elsewhere.
