How are they even still in business? nothing is ever in stock, always back ordered. When you try to call, line rings like it's disconnected, they never pick up. Woman pharmacist looks like she doesn't want to be there, always with an attitude, needs a personality makeover. Never a can I help you? Always a yeah what did you want? Needless to say, Transferred all of my prescriptions elsewhere.

Not a fan. There has been mistakes, prescription shortages, and trying to sell drugs I no longer need. There was a different pharmacist last year and everything was great. Now, there's an issue at every pickup

Parking lot sucks. I liked the store good variety of products. Meat section was better then most other supermarkets in the neighborhood but a little expensive. You can get almost everything you need here. Also much cleaner then other stop & shops and seems to be in better management, all the shelves were stocked.

Extensive variety of high quality food & household goods, often at prices far lower than elsewhere. Friendly, helpful staff. No oppressive claustrophobia either, as a whole side of building is glass.

Their trucks continuously loading and unloading after 11pm making through out the night, while making loudly noises. Very disappointed!

this is by far one of the worst Stop and Shop stores I've been to. Staff just couldn't care less about doing their most minimal jobs, customer service counter is NEVER occupied, cashiers are slower than sloths and carts are never collected on the parking lot and it's pure chaos overall ! I prefer going to Netcost or Cherry Hiill anytime!

Would be 4 stars if not for poor worker quality , management choosing friends over productive workers . Problem with the staff is that it's some workers are great , some are only there because they are old and been there a long time , then the younger ones or the majority are on their phones , don't know what to do when they should and are basically low quality . Otherwise this location is good besides management .

Review #437 None Elite Squad Well..to start this place needs a make over..it needs to be remodeled ..it needs to say Fresh..Alive..shop here especially for their High Prices. Like most Big Super Markets they have their rewards program to save.. kiosks for self served charging and bagging..actually I didnt even see a single cashier...but anyways..unlimited bagging ..then again the bags are super thin so be careful. Staff is ok..they wont greet you ir make you feel welcome so dont expect that.. never once heard the word excuse me but some customers were cool to hook it up with their rewards card scan which benefits them ofcourse ..others just refused to... anyways.. $8.99 for 1 lb of Ground Beef is alot..seems no one buys or cares for it..lots of ground Turkey and Ground Chicken..and they do have Veil, lots of it ..the Carts are old and Rusty..you need strength to push them .. 2.75 stars is all I can give..round it off to 3

Despite my negative reviews, I do shop there, because this is my supermarket. In this week's circular, 1 lb of a Cabot butter is advertised at $ 2.99, it also says good for Hotel Bar Butter. After you buy one at 2.99, all additional ones will scan at $ 3.49. You're under no obligation to buy more than the one at $ 2.99 That's a great price and for a better quality butter. I used the self scan check out counter and to be very up front, the extreme heat outside and the cool inside the store had significantly clouded up my contact lenses. So when I finished checking out, I went to customer service and I asked the guy there, can you tell me how much I paid for the butter? He said, $ 3.49. I said it should be $ 2.99. He said that was for the salted variety only, and was trying to brush me off and away. I said... "What are you talking about" and he then called over a female who appeared to be a supervisor and I then had to explain to her what the sign says and they both hesitated moving their asses to go look at the sign, but the robust woman finally walked with me, all the while I was encouraging her to move a bit quicker as my ice cream was melting ! and she then confirmed with me that in deed they owed me .50 cents. She said, tell the guy I said to refund you the .50 as she was not walking back to the customer service area, but rather to help a register that was having trouble. So I went back to the guy told him what she said and he put .50 back on my credit card. Now I thought, how many people each and every day are they charging $ 3.49 for something that is advertised as $ 2.99for the first one. TONS of people each day are being jerked off by the store, or NOT Because when I got home, removed my contact lenses and put my glasses on, I looked carefully at my receipt and I was originally charged the correct price. Can you imagine, their own customer service rep couldn't read the receipt intelligently to see that in fact I had been charged the correct price of $ 2.99 made on the original transaction/purchase. He essentially gave .50 away from the Stop and Shop kitty. Such great customer service!

Stop & Shop is my default supermarket when I'm in a rush to grab groceries. They're open late until midnight at this particular location, which is a godsend for me since I often have a million other things to do during the day that I often have no choice but to do my grocery shopping late at night. They have a weekly circular that advertises the food items that are on sale for that week, but even if you don't happen to be lucky enough to see your favorite brands on sale on a particular day, Stop & Shop is usually pretty reasonable when it comes to prices overall.
