I needed a storage unit right away at 980 4th Ave, Brooklyn location & this wonderful employee named Derrin helped me out so much , he was very professional. He showed me the best prices to what I was looking for , he helped me to my storage unit & helped with belongings. In person was great service, thank you Caesar, five stars! Online advertising is very misleading. FYI for those booking online, corporate marketing will hide fees and does not give accurate pricing. You most likely will end up paying more after the first few months.
