The gas station is not that bad around this neighborhood. It give 4 stars because the area is sketchy over the night. The self service car wash bays are pretty good and new with nice dividers that can somewhat prevent other bays from spraying water onto a side. The cost is $7 for 10 minutes where a car can be hose down to remove pollen and bird droppings. It is not too crowded and recommend for the area. Caveat: the machine was not taking any bills so a walk to the laundromat for change was.
